Description of Work: They removed a section of my old gutter and replaced it with an oversized gutter. They also moved a downspout and installed new gutter guard on all the gutters.

Description of Work: Overall I think these guys did a good job. I had the siding of my house redone along with new guttering and down pipes. The installers were knowledgeable about what they were doing, and let me know of what they were doing in advance, and anything that came up during the work. |There was a discrepancy between the quote and what was ultimately done (about $1000 total) which was identified by the installer the first day he was there, so should have been pointed out by the estimator, but overall, not that big of a deal. There were a few aesthetic points that I would have liked to be different (a very visible join in metal flashing by the front door, flashing corners that are cut with visible gaps) but again it is not major. I would recommend this company to others.

Description of Work: We had Boak quote full attic insulation for us. Initially, we thought it was going to be a huge expense, but when Boaks representative called on us and estimated our job, it was only $499.00. He promised that the crew would be at our home at 8:00 am and take approximately 2 hours to complete the job. They were here promptly at 8 as promised, were polite and efficient and clean and were out in less than 90 minutes. The job is guaranteed and we'd certainly have Boak out for other services and have continually recommended them ever since. Ed and Marguerite Hassay

Description of Work: Very prompt and friendly. Did not like estimate so did not use.

Description of Work: I had Boak and Sons install insulation in my attic. They came and made the installation with little mess, completed the job and were courteous. Had no problems while they were in the house, or since. I plan to have them come back and complete the insulation in the walls.

Description of Work: They installed a new roof on a commercial building, and we have contract with them for annual inspections and maintenance. Overall, they’ve done a nice job for us. Their staff is of high quality, and I could recommend them to anyone.
