He has yet to get back with me on the cost of the 2 bathroom remodeling project. I have called a few times with no success. While taking measurements he had the attitude he wasn't interested in the job. I guess he wasn't. I also mentioned in our conversation that I would be remodeling kitchen in the near future. He said that the kitchen had to many angles for what I wanted done. I have had other contractors out and they had no problem getting me estimates for what I wanted done. I would not recommend this company at all.
Description of Work: He came out and took measurements and was to get back with me on an estimate. Have yet to hear from him. It has been almost a month.

I must admit that I am completely baffled by this rating. My foreman and I met with [member name removed] on April 5 at 10:30 am. When we arrived he tried to introduce us to I believe his wife but she was on a phone call and quickly dismissed us. [member name removed] showed us two bathroom he was interested in renovating. One was his and the other hers. During our visit [member name removed] called to his wife on 3 separate occasions to have her discuss what she might want done in her bathroom. Each time he called she did not respond and continued with her phone call. After [member name removed] outline what he thought she wanted done and explained his request, we talked in the kitchen. We informed [member name removed] that to be able to quote this job correctly we should meet at our vendor for them to pick out the products they wanted installed. Bathrooms pricing can vary dramatically depending on what shower units, toilets and fixtures you might choice. A competent contractor should explain this procedure prior to quoting as to not misled homeowners by using lowball numbers to sign the contract and later use change orders to inflate numbers. [member name removed] agreed and was to call to schedule at his convenience. During our discussions in the kitchen [member name removed] told us he was employed by a finance company that specialize in home improvement loans and could get our customers approved easily. We talked for a few minutes about this and finished our conversation. When [member name removed] did not call to set up a time to meet at our vendors and due to the fact I did not show much interest in his financing, I believed he had decide to go a different way. I have made 2 phone calls over the past 1 ½ weeks and left messages explaining our stands and asked for him to call me to discuss. To date no return phone call has been made.

Bi-Rite Home Improvement do a really good job. I don't think you can go wrong with them. The prices were very fair. They are an A across the board. We are still using them, they are doing a lot of work at the house.
Description of Work: My son used Bi-Rite Home Improvement and they did some work for me a few years ago. They put windows in both houses.

We used Bi-Rite Home Improvement a couple of years ago. When we called them back because we needed something fixed they didn't know who we were. The price was mediocre, it was alright. The responsiveness was bad. There was no professionalism.

Very competitive bid. Helpful with thinking through both projects - offered good alternatives.Workers were mostly on time and courteous and good technicians.Workers cleaned up after themselves. Job was finished well within time parameters. Company was easy to work with. Very good overall experience.
Description of Work: Removed old roof and installed new roof. Remodeled area for mother-in-law apartment.

I had another company hired to install replacement windows on my home. Some of the windows were installed incorrectly and the workers unprofessional. I called Bi-Rite and asked them for help. The owner came out immediately and gave me an estimate. They fixed the problems in a timely manner with excellence. I was extremely pleased.

The price was much better than two other company's estimates. The other bids were over $18,000. I was very pleased overall. The picked up all of the nails and cleaned up beautifully, you wouldn't even know they were there. They also did some other small jobs without charging me extra for it.
Description of Work: They redid my very large roof in three days.
