George was very professional and provided a very thorough home inspection. His high level of knowledge on every aspect of the home left me feeling very confident in his inspection results. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an inspection.

George, the president of Bass Home Inspection, was wonderful. I'm in the process of buying my first house and am very new to the whole process. George understood this and was very helpful. He arrived on time, was very professional, and thorough. He took his time inspecting my house, showing me any issues that were present or may occur in the future, and gave me suggestions on how to address each issue. He was very knowledgeable and made sure each of my questions were answered as he went through my home. His detailed report of the inspection was handed to me as soon as he finished the inspection as well as being emailed to me which was very convenient. I highly recommend George for anyone looking for a thorough home inspection.

a** inspection missed major problems in evaluating my new home. There was severe leaking in basement and damage around foundation. The home had mold and a very strong pungent smell. He advised to run a dehumidifier and have the gutters cleaned. He did not do right by us, and we had to spend a lot of money to repair damages in the home. He said were problems were minimal. Every contractor that came to the home said it would be impossible for an inspector to miss such obvious problems.

George was very nice, he told me about things as he inspected, he gave me advice on what I could or should do with some small problem areas. He even showed me how to work the fireplace, heating/cooling, showed me where the furnace filter was and how often it should be changed. I was very happy with his work and will definitely recommend him to any one wanting a home inspection.

This was my first home inspection so I wasn't sure what to expect, but they were excellent. They took their time, showed me around the house, and really answered my questions. They went over everything and took it step by step. The weren't in a hurry and didn't rush me. They really answered every question I had.

Walt the electrician arrived at 8.30 A.M with the electric power company at 8:30 AM.They were both very efficient in their job once Walt was finished the inspector he called electric Co back electric was on.

He was very professional. He was there 10 minutes early. He anwsered every question we asked. He was very good. At the end of the inspection he gave us a full report there the same day. He was very through in his work and checked everything. I would highly recommend him for anone that wants to get ther home inspectied

We scheduled a home inspection on 1/4/12 unforunately when we arrived some of the utilities had been turned off. Gee Basista inspected everything except issues with the water and gas lines. We were able to return on 1/10/12 to complete the inspection as well as to perform a radon test. We were very pleased with the service we received and both Gee and George both acted in a professional manner. Information was reveiled about the property we would not have know otherwise.

George Jr. came at the time specified and inspected the duplex I purchased. I, not knowing much about the process, thought he was very thorough. He went as far as to note that the drywall/plaster had been repaired in places, as well as finding the major items that needed repair. I went with them over the other companies because they have someone to answer the phone at all times and were very responsive. Would go with them again.

The guy and his son showed up on time. The real estate agent had let them into the house before I arrived and the inspection was well underway. All the lights were on,the heater was on and the faucets were running. The father found some things on the electrical that needed to be fixed. I have never owned a house before so I was ignorant of the process and the reason I called a home inspector was because I thought they would catch all the glaring problems but in hindsight I found this not to be the case. For the plumbing check, the dad opened up the door leading to the crawlspace and peered down and saw that the dirt was wet and told me it was because water was leaking in from the sides of the house when it rained and I needed to buy some bags of dirt to put around the house. I found out after I bought the house the reason for the water underneath the house was because of a rotted out pipe that was causing all the shower water to freeflow into the dirt under the house. He could have caught the problem if he had just unscrewed the door in the laundry room that covered the leaky pipes. And he was dressed in shorts and a nice sport shirt so he certainly was not dressed to get a little bit dirty by going into the crawl space. Since this was my first experience with a home inspector, I did not know what to expect and do not know if it is even common paractice for them to get under the house. But I know I will before I buy my next house. Maybe I expected too much. They were there for about an hour and twenty minutes. The father had a hand held computer that he entered information into and also a printer that printed out a professional looking report. There was alot of useful information on it. Also, I wanted the house to be checked for excessive lead and they did not offer that service.

George Jr. performed the inspection, and was very thorough. He caught things that I didn't realize were problems. For example, the contractor had used star screws on our windows instead of security bolts. George Jr. gave us a very knowledgeable, thorough report, which was very helpful. I had to call him after the inspection a few times with additional questions, and he was always very nice.
