Description of Work: They did not come when they were suppose to. The flooring was not put down right. The installer wanted to put a sub floor down but Andy wouldn't let him which is why there are so many issues whith the floor. Andy didRefund the entire amount however I would never use Andy's carpet again

 + -1 moreI thought he did a very good and professional job. I was happy with them. It went very well. They had an apartment to do and they came in on time as far as I remember and they put the carpet down. He was a very friendly man and a good salesman. I was so pleased with them. It was done very quickly and I was surprised.

 + -1 moreI dealt directly with the owner, Andy Baytos, who provided personal service and who's the sole operator and owner of the store. He was very pleasant to deal with and made carpet shopping a nice experience. His store is small but the selection is large. He provided the most competitive price out of the 3 estimates I obtained and was very knowledgeable. He has two seasoned workers that do all the installation. I was impressed with the time and care the installers took and the very detailed installation they did on the steps leading upstairs. The installers did not have to move furniture or pull up the old carpeting. I did all that myself although they do provide that service for additional money. I have since recommended Andy's Carpet to family and they were very satisfied. He also installs flooring.
Description of Work: Installed new carpet and padding in the upstairs hallway, master bedroom and steps leading to the upstairs.
