Description of Work: They put a new metal roof on our house,30x 20 apx. they started the roof one week then didn't show up for two more weeks . they would come at noon and leave at 400pm. after two months the roof and chimney stone was done . my husband asked why we had two dents in the roof. Frank the owner told us that he was sorry but his workers had stepped where they shouldn't. then winter came and our new roof was leaking, we called and called till one year later they came to fix the edges . then the rain came and we are still leaking. two years later after reporting them to BBB IN OHIO AND PA. they sent a man out from the company to see the problem he took pictures and he told us how they didn't finish under the windows and caulking was not done right. he assured us that they would take care of this problem immediately . 2 1/2 years and monthly phone calls to them. nothing .no response.now we reported them to attorney generals office in pa and they cant get a hold of this company. our roof is still leaking and we are so disappointed in this company. this November will be three years.PLEASE BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
