+ -1 moreThey only do half of what they're asked to to do. A lot of the locks had incorrect keys. They never show up when they say they will.
Description of Work: They were hired to replace multiple locks over the course of a year.

+ -1 moreHe arrived on time and did the job fast, the only complaint I have is he didn't clean up the wood shavings from the floor when he installed the new lock.
Description of Work: I had one deadbolt lock re-keyed and another installed on a different door.
