Today I was placed on hold by Jessie, the tech who was at my house yesterday & could not fix my dishwasher (due to the sink drain being clogged?). He was talking to Dorothy, the owner, who unknowingly was still on an open line. I proceeded to hear her b******* about me in a sarcastic voice: "You just gotta love customers," as though my question was stupid (it wasn't-he even said so later when he apologized for her "ignorant" behavior). If I'm about to pay another $100 to call a plumber, I want to make sure it's money well-spent. To be clear, Jessie was solution-oriented and kind. The owner, Dorothy, has no history with me--I'm a new customer. I've never not paid a bill or been a nuisance to explain why she'd be so rude. I said, "I can hear you talking rudely about me, ma'am." She clearly knew she was caught and said, "What? I do love our customers!" Fake AF. I told Jessie to let her know know that she lost herself a customer today. I'll go somewhere the love for customers is real.
Description of Work: My dishwasher is not draining. Jessie determined the sink must be clogged (that's news to us!). I asked him if he'd actually tested that or if it's just something he thinks is happening, because we haven't noticed it not draining. He didn't have an answer, because he hadn't really looked at that more closely. He was unable to get the dishwasher to drain and told us to call a plumber. I asked him if he'd tested the regular drain to make sure it isn't draining, because shouldn't we have noticed that? (not a dumb question) He had not. This is why he "placed me on hold" to get help with the question...

Technician misdiagnosed the problem. Several wrong parts were ordered and installed including the tub. It took 8 weeks to repair what turned out to be a broken hose which my husband finally found to be the problem. My husband finally called Samsung and after much discussion they paid for the repairs .

It took 8 weeks to fix a leak that should have taken 5 minutes. Wrong diagnosis, wrong parts ordered, etc. Very disgusted with Aadams. Owner or manager would not come to the phone to discuss the bill. We finally complained enough to Samsung that they covered the repair.
Description of Work: Samsung front loader washer was leaking. Called Samsung and they gave me this dealer.
