Very prompt replies and quick response to our needs. The tank was put in the way my husband asked and is working very well. The cost was better than we thought it would be so no issues there.

Chris was very professional and courteous. He showed up at our house to assess what was needed, right on time, then came back later with the tools he needed to do the work. He finished the job efficiently and we enjoyed visiting for a few minutes. He had another job to do after ours and was on his way.

It went very well. My water had to be turned off due the flooding in the basement from a water line. Chris told me when he was coming to repair the line and stayed in contact with me until he arrived. He was very professional ,cleaned up after the job was done. Let me know what he planned on doing to fix this problem plus also informed me about another problem that would soon need fixed. I will indeed call and schedule another appointment. He was great.

Chris always provides excellent service. We have hired him to perform several different types of jobs within our home and have been extremely pleased with the outcome every time.

Excellent. I called, the phone was answered, and approximate time set up, two follow-up calls from them to refine the exact time. Chris was friendly and very professional. Did a couple of diagnostic things to make sure that my problem was only my basement drain, not the main line, then he routed it out. It all took under an hour in the evening.

We hired a Master Plumber and they sent a Plumbers helper. Helper was not aware of what was discussed in original estimate and did not have the proper tools for the job. After contacting the Master Plumber the helper was sent home.

He has come here only twice. He would quote, he was nice. He was very mannerly. He did a good job. The problem when he left, i had to follow him in order to get him. He had screws going through my kitchen tile. I was high with it but i cooled down. I could have made him replace the whole wall but he did a good job when i called him. He did the job quick but i did not like the scheduling. The pricing was excellent, he was affordable. The plumbing was good but the screws went through the wall. He came on time.

wash water was back flowing into basement. figured out problem and repair in less than 2 hours.

He did not show up for the first appointment. I gave him a second chance and re-scheduled a new appointment and once again he did not call or show up.

everything went great. when he encountered a problem he new just what to do. we have the most beautiful bathroom i have ever seen . don't be afraid to use him . his price was more than fair.

If you have ANY plumbing problem in the Trumbull, Mahoning, or Columbiana county area, call Chris and his crews. We had a nasty kitchen sink clog that would not go away. George started the project and ran into more issues than we could imagine after opening the lee than stellar piping. Chris, the owner was on site less than an hour later and between the two men, the clog was cleared. Since all the PVC was off the sink we asked them to replumb the sink correctly and they immediately obliged. They made a run to Home Depot the pieces for the sink and now the sink runs better than it ever has. We plan remodeling of the bath rooms we will calling no other company. He had us serviced in less than 24 hours and the prices were reasonable. Great company and great people.

The repairs and installation were completed in preparation for a household move to this new location. Our moving schedule was tight and the plumbing work was critical to meeting the moving date. Chris arrived on time, called before arrival to confirm work and arrival time. On the date of the repairs there were other trades on the job which required cooperation to stay out of each others way which was handled with courtesy and mutual give and take. All work scheduled was completed without the need for me to closely supervise. Chris explains all work completed and they clean up after themselves. Both he and his helper wore protective disposable boots to protect interior carpets and floors. Both my wife and myself wife felt very comfortable during his work. He is a professional in all respects and I will continue to highly recommend his services without reservation.

He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very prompt as he came out the day after I called (on a Sunday) to get the job done. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good plumber.
