"The 2 guys that drained the septic were very informative and did an excellent job. They found the old caps very quickly and were fantastic. The guy that installed the caps, not so much. After he left, I had to poke around the caps to get the dirt to settle and then filled in the gaps left behind. I understand the end of the day, "Miller time", but I paid almost $300 to re-do what he didn't!! Not good service"

After he left, I had to poke around the caps to get the dirt to settle and then filled in the gaps left behind. A problem was found with the line coming from the house - totally unrelated to the septic tank. They did as much as they could do, but recommended hiring a plumber to come in and scope the line with a camera. I have arranged for this to be done in the next week or two. The two men from AAA Wastewater were very helpful, and courteous! I would definitely hire them again and will be happy to recommend them to others needing septic service! The bill was less than I expected! I am extremely pleased with the service from this company! The total price included a senior discount, which was offered without my asking!"
