Request a quoteI do everything over the internet, I am not sure if they have an office in Troy. I do payments online; I don’t even care from where it comes, as long as it keeps coming. My internet bill is $64, and I have a landline connection. I have never been to their office. The only time they came in...

Actually I am due to call them but their interactions have been okay. I need to call and check a couple of things on my bill now. Their service is good....
