Description of Work: "Had furnace checked out for winter. Thermostat not working. Gentleman asked if I had two tripple A batteries. Put in thermostat and it came on (no charge). Had to replace filter in the humidifier - small charge for filter. Very professional, quick, and furnace is working. VERY happy with service"

 + -1 moreThey did okay when they came out, but, boy, were they expensive. They charged me $300 for the Freon and another $104 for the house call. It was going to be close to $1,000 in labor to repair it. The part was still under warranty. The whole system was installed in 2011. That was pretty new, you know? They came out on time and the guy was alright; I did not have any problem. Their responsiveness was good.
Description of Work: I used Southtown Heating Cooling to come out and recharge everything in my air conditioning system.
