Description of Work: We used this company exclusively for more than ten years including through several remodeling jobs. Unfortunately Rob was killed in an accident last year. I'm not sure how we'll find another plumber to rely on as we did Rob.

+ 0 moreRob came to my home within a few days and was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure to ask that I call him, if I felt the problem hadn't been solved; however, he called me within a few days to see how I was faring.
Description of Work: I was concerned that my water tank might be going bad because I didn't have lasting hot water. After checking the tank and finding all okay, Rob checked the water faucets in a guest bathroom and found that one of them was not emitting hot water. He replaced the defective cartridge.

+ -1 moreHe is a perfectionist for a very reasonable price. He is very talented. He can do all sorts of water or natural gas services. He is a very meticulous worker and obviously is very passionate about his quality. He came back to our home at 10pm when we called him about a problem we thought we were having. He was very prompt and communicated well.
Description of Work: He put a second natural gas line into my kitchen and did all of the plumbing in the kitchen and in a side bedroom.

+ -1 moreRob did work for me twice. He replaced the water softener, then replaced the water heater a couple years later. He is very professional, friendly, tidy, clean, and prices are fair.
Description of Work: Pickup and installation of replacement water softener from Lowe's. Their sales representative gave me Rob's contact information. The next time I needed plumbing help when my water heater cracked and flooded the closet, he came promptly and provided competent effective service. I rate his work A in all categories.
