Fantastic. Greg provided all the material which was included in the price and removed all trash and old parts from my property.

It went great! Greg and Brian were outstanding. Contacted me within a day and we walked through a rough estimate of the work and time required. They then worked around my schedule perfectly, arriving right when they said they would. VERY professionally replaced the bibbs, including one that required a hole to be cut in my basement ceiling to allow access. Greg made perfect measurements and cut a clean hole that was very easy to conceal. Brian had a tough job on his side of the house as the old bibb was mortared in. No worries, he got it loose with no damage and made a clean replacement. I would not hesitate to use again or recommend McLean again!

I called the plumber in the morning and by the afternoon, the installation was complete. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself. He dropped by later in the day for payment. Very professional - I highly recommend him.

Greg of McClean Plumbing did the work in December, 2009. I meant to add my review earlier, but I was tied up with surgery in early January, and I forgot to enter this. I found Greg to be very professional, courteous, conscientious, and punctual. The problem with our old water heater surfaced just before Christmas, yet Greg was able to come to my house to examine the job, make a bid, and install the new water heater in just a few days. The installation itself was done in one afternoon, and was done to my complete satisfaction. We discussed the pros and cons of various options, and he laid out his recommendation based on clearly explained logic. I was very satisfied at the time of the installation, and I continue to be very satisfied with the results. I would definitely use McClean Plumbing again, and I recommend the company to others.

I was very pleased with their work and very pleased with their professionalism. They were excellent and I would highly recommend them. The guy knew exactly what he was doing and he did it just fine. I don't remember the cost of the service. He certainly wasn't the cheapest but he was not outrageous. It felt to me like an appropriate bill for the work he did. I would definitely hire him again.

He did a great job with the work. It's just what I needed to be done. However, I had thought he had given me a verbal quote of $150, and the job ended up costing $325, so I was somewhat surprised. However we didn't have anything in writing, so I suppose it's my own fault for not getting the quote in writing. Additionally, I found it strange that he picked up the tamping tool from Lowe's and then made me pay for the cost of the tamp tool. It was only $15, and he let me keep it, but I did find it strange that he made me buy a tool so that he could do the work.

I called Greg on the weekend expecting to get an answering service with whom I would have left a message. Instead, he picked up and talked me through a potential fix over the phone. Whenever water is leaking there is always a degree of panic involved. He set up an date he could come out which was only a couple days later (since it wasn't highly critical of a fix). He arrived on time and fixed the valve in less time that he had estimated over the phone. Excellent job!

We were very pleased with the service and the timeliness of the installation of the water heater. We called to have the old water heater replaced on Monday and Greg and his assistant installed our water heater on Tuesday. We were very please with the quality of work performed. Installation, clean-up, and closure were excellent. I would definitely used McLean Plumbing in any of my future plumbing needs.

Did a real professional job and we are pleased with their work. They are prompt and professional. I would use them again and have recommended them, too.

Called Greg and explained my situation - he came by same day to take a look and gave me a verbal estimate. He couldn't locate the curbside shutoff as it was buried but called the county to locate same day. I advised I would be out of town and he agreed to do the work in my absence. I felt comfortable leaving him the key and the work was completed upon my return. We also talked about some options with regards to replacing some old galvanized piping and possible bathroom remodel. I would definitely recommend Greg and will use him again. Very professional and takes the time to clearly explain things. Used the angieslist coupon and received 10% off. We had a great experience with him. He just finished the job yesterday so we haven't yet received a bill. He seems like an honest guy and does a great job at a reasonable price. He will be straight with you and let you know what the minimum is that we can get by with. He will tell you what you could do and should do. He is nice to work with and gives you your options so that you know what you are getting in to. He doesn't try to up sale you, but he will give you the facts and let you know if you can wait on a project or not.

Greg contacted me to meet me at my house in accordance with our prior arrangement. He was honest about the possible risks to the existing pipe, which I was already aware of. He worked quickly and carefully to avoid damage to the pipe that the flange was being installed to. He did a good job of keeping me in the loop on the options for each of the decisions that was made, while he clearly explained each one. He was always professional and did very good work. Before he left I had him give me an estimate on a bath/shower remodel. I have no doubt that he will be my choice on that job as well, pending my choosing the exact bath/shower stall selection.

Greg did an awesome job. He was very detailed-oriented and meticulous in his work. He took a lot of time to talk to us about what we wanted, and offered ideas when we weren't sure. We will continue to use him for all future plumbing work!

I discovered a leak at the point where the water supply goes into the toilet. I called Mr. McLean and explained the problem. I shut the water off at the toilet shut-off valve. Mr. McLean found time between jobs in his busy schedule to meet me at the house the following day. He had one of the parts he needed for the job, but was going to have to go and get the second part. As it happened, I had a brand new fill valve that we had bought for a previous repair to another toilet, but ended up not needing it at that time. It so happened that it was the exact part he needed, even the preferred brand. Mr. McLean got right to work and had the repair completed within about 30 - 45 minutes. He was very neat and made sure to leave the area as clean or cleaner than when he arrived. I have used McLean's Plumbing several times and in every case, Mr. McLean arrives promptly, gets right to work and cleans up whatever mess the job entails. I have also had him take a quick look at other potential issues 'while he was there', and as his schedule permits he takes the time to explain what the situation would require. He has also informed me of any additional current or potential problems he sees while he is there. I will use McLean's Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. It is great to find someone who takes pride in their work and does the job as if he was doing a repair in his own home. The quality of his work is excellent, and his prices are very fair and reasonable.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Greg to anyone needing plumbing work done. I will call him every time I need any work done.
