Description of Work: Outdoor storage of a utility trailer. The trailer was stolen. They did not provide any video from their video surveillance for more than 30 days from the time of the report of the theft. The owner told the police that he didn't want to pay the security company to make a copy for the police to use. By the time the footage was received it was too late, they only store 30 days of data. They want to brag about the state of the art security system but do nothing when the time comes to prove it. I tell everyone that I can to not use them.

Description of Work: They removed existing turf, provided fill (dirt) to level yard - and it was a massive amount of dirt that was required. Over the years trees had been removed and yard became hard to mow due to depression left by roots. They laid new turf in the front yard and provided care and watering directions for the new sod. |They arrived at 1:15pm and left by 6:30p, they had approximately 5 people to start and ended with 12 people to finish. The overall job was quick. Many neighbors commented on how quickly they finished and how the yard was transformed. Comment - they never really came back to check with us, which I thought they should have. There are two small sections where the sod is greener, but was assured all grass was the same.

Description of Work: Sodded my entire yard except where some existing grass was. They did a great job of cutting and laying the sod. It was fairly healthy from the beginning. I needed a little more than estimated but they made me a great deal on what I still needed. would and will use them for any future needs.

 + -1 moreThe estimate was given on site and the price was very reasonable and competitive. It was cheaper than using a landscaping company as the middle man. The work was scheduled approximately a week and a half out, but the manager called within a fewdays and said they had an opening, so it was completed sooner which was perfect. The crew showed up and did an awesome job; asked questions about the layout and completed the work with rain and thunderstorms on the horizon. They had extra sod on site and put more down in areas not originally estimated. I received a quote right on site for the extra sod; again a very good price. I followed the directions they gave me and also with a little help from mother nature I have an absolutely beautiful dark green fescue in our yard and surrounding the pool. The sod is obviously very high quality. I also appreciated the project manager explaining the different types of grass so I could make an informed decision. A++++ for this company.

 + -1 moreAfter reviewing tree quotes, I picked Gerdes who had the best price. They arrived the day after the quote and completed the work in less that a half day. They were professional and cleaned up the site after installation. They have all the tools to perform the work and their staff is well trained. They watered the new sod before leaving the site.
Description of Work: Removed old grass, prepared surface for sod installation and installed new sod.

 + -1 moreHe is very good, very nice, and very reasonable. His first name is Kevin and he has an uncle in the business and they are nice people and we can trust them. He is very nice and we haven't had any problems. He comes every Tuesday like clockwork. He charges us $35 to mow the lawn and if we ask him to do something he will. We were having company and we let him know that we were having people from out of town and we let him know and he was out there on his hands and knees weeding. He does not charge us any extra for that.
Description of Work: We use Gerdes Turf Farms Inc. once a week and he mows the lawn and does anything we ask him to do. The last time we used him was a couple of weeks ago and he should be here this Tuesday.
