Excellent experience. Have used them several times in the last couple of years and they have always been pleasant, polite, and very professional.

EXCELLENT! BILL DEAN ARRIVED ON TIME, WENT RIGHT TO WORK, INGENIOUSLY REPLACED OUR HOT WATER HEATER ELEMENTS WITHOUT HAVING TO DRAIN THE ENTIRE WATER HEATER; CLEANED UP THE SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER AND CHECKED OUR JUNCTION BOX. ALL WAS DONE QUICKLY, EFFICIENTLY AND PLEASANTLY. DEAN'S PLUMBING IS A GREAT, LOCAL PLUMBING SERVICE WITH REASONABLE PRICES.

Dean's plumbing gave me a written estimate to replace the pipes in back of the shower and underneath the bathtub. They replaced the bathtub and shower, although I did pay separately for the bathtub. They completed the dry wall (2 extra Visits) around the area after installing the bathtub and shower fixtures. Dean's did a fantastic job and honored Angie's list coupon. This saved me over 200 dollars. The estimate was 3,100 but only cost me 2,830. The best gift however was peace of mine that it was done right. I would recommend them to anyone,

Pamela quite helpful for appointment setting, work problems, scheduling, and payment. Workers* were responsive to our questions, seemed honest -- charging only $11 for parts, very punctual and courteous, and clean. Truck had clear markings on it and looked well-maintained. Price includes $49 service call charge, plus labor -- including Angie's List discount: somewhat high, but fairly reasonable.

I joined Angie's list to see about all the hype of finding the cream of the crop in service providers. I want to let everyone know to ?BELIEVE THE HYPE?! I found that Dean's Plumbing is a wonderful plumbing company. They arrived at the EXACT time we agreed to and had COMPLETELY discovered and resolved my problem in about 20 minutes!! I was pleasantly impressed! He also saw my water heater had a little to much dust around it and some other little problem with it and let me know he was taking care of it too (hence correcting the problem of the pilot going out a couple times the week before). He did not charge me extra. Another, great thing about them is the lady who made the appt for me was able to give me an estimate of the price when I asked?she was totally on point! Needless to say, but Mr. Dean and his young apprentice (his son) were very professional and will definitely get a reference from me as well as repeat business from me (of course, after I try first ) LOL! Kudos to the Dean?s Plumbing team!!! Keep up the good work!

The floor drain for the air conditioner condensate got clogged on Memorial Day. We called on the holiday and got a response the same day. Mr. Dean was out the next day and fixed it. He also replaced all of the internal workings of a toilet. The service was excellent--honest and reasonable price. He didn't try to do more than was needed.

Fantastic experience! i will never use another plumber other than Dean's Plumbing. Their response time was fantastic and they were extremely professional. They sent thank you notes to us after each day's work and one time when they had to reschedule a call they sent us a Subway gift card for our trouble.

This was an exceptional experience. From start to finish everyone we dealt with was nice and helpful and the job was done quickly, efficiently and for a very reasonable price. We aren't used to such great customer service, it seems to be a hard thing to find these days, but this family is something to rave about. They even sent a thank you card! That magnet is on the fridge for the next time for sure. Our new toilet is very nice and works perfectly.

I have used this business in the past for cleaning out drains, installing a water heater, installation of a shower/tub faucet and most recently for installation of shut off valves in the kitchen and re-installation of a water filtration system after a kitchen upgrade. For drain clean-outs they do good work and are reasonable in rate and prompt. For the installation services, it depends LARGELY on who they send out. My water heater and shut off valves in the kitchen were done very well. I was very happy with the professionalism, prompt service and price. Both of these were installed by the younger plumbers (the sons of the owner.) The two times I have had the older man Bill (who I believe is the owner), I have been greatly disappointed.Two years ago I called to have them install a new shower/faucet system in my bathroom. I had purchased the entire system from Lowes and only wanted him to install it. He had some difficulty with it but it took him about 90 minutes and he charged me $225.00 (a little more than I paid for the faucet system). I thought this was very expensive and vowed to never use them again for installation services. Apparently, I got over the experience (my mistake) because I called them again recently when I had my kitchen re-done. All I wanted was for them to re-install a GE water filtration system under my kitchen sink. Bill came out again and had great difficulty with this and ended up breaking the base of the faucet. I had to order a replacement part and before the part came I received a bill in the mail for $225.00. Perhaps he does great work if you buy everything from him but don't hire this man if you want something that you have purchased elsewhere installed. I asked him to look at the faucet that a family member had installed for me and his comment was that I had purchased 'cheap, foreign made stuff'. My entire kitchen was indeed foreign made -- purchased at IKEA and everyone who has seen it or did any of the installation of the other components has commented on the high quality of the materials and workmanship. I won't be getting over this experience any time soon. My water filtration system still is not installed and I will be calling a different plumber to do this. I am just out the $225 but chalk it up to paying the 'stupid tax' for hiring him in the first place.

We developed a terrible odor in the house and started having gnats everywhere. We chose Dean's plumbing from Angies list as we have had 2 bad experiences with plumbers since moving back to this area.They were great from the first call. We received an estimate that day that we thought was reasonable and they completed the work the following day. We were informed when they were on the way to our house and they arrived clean, polite and professional on time. This condition was extremely uncomfortable and we were so pleased to have it so promptly corrected.

The owner's sons work with him too. These people are so good and reputable. I've had them come out a few times for various plumbing needs. He is the epitome of being responsible and complete in his services. He's a great, punctual and a very thorough person. And he's a great family man.

We called on Sunday, talked to a real person who gave us the first appointment on Monday and told us what to do to prevent further damage to our home. The person on the phone was clear about the charges we would probably incur. We were called exactly on time and Isiah appeared soon after the call. He was polite, professional, neat, explained everything he was going to do before performing the repair. He was a pleasure to have in our home. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had to cut into the drywall in the house, but did it neatly and in the most hidden spot possible. I think his work was topnotch. I will definately call Dean's Plumbing for any future problems.

I believe it was Josiah who came to fix my tolet. He arrived on time and quickly fixed the problem with my tolet. He explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it. He was neat and clean and left no mess. I was very, very satisfied. I have told many of my friedns about Dean's Plumbing.

I called Deans Plumbing due to the proximity to my house and the recommendations from Angie's list. With out a doubt I will use Deans plumbing again. They arrived within 30 minutes of calling. The man was very pleasant, and professional. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend Deans Plumbing 100%. The man even went on to give me advice for the bathroom install we are about to do. Deans plumbing is A++ in my book.

We found them on Angie's List and they were really good. I will use them again in the future.

I expected quality service as this is my third time using Dean's. However, I have been charged $100 for a 'same day service' or emergency response by other outfits, so was pleasantly surprised that I was not charged extra. Always impressed with value, price and quality. And, for a touch of class, we got a thank you note for the business from Dean's a couple days later.

We developed a problem with our garbage disposal just before Thanksgiving. The waste water pipe leading from the disposal to the wall under the sink was leaking and we could not use the sink. A plumber from Dean's came to the house and fixed it. We thought it was still leaking and called to make another appointment for them to return but realized before they came out it actually was fixed and we were seeing moisture from the originl leak. They were very gracious about coming back.

We called Deans to come and replace a leaking water heater. We wanted a fairly large one - no problem. They came and installed the new one, no problem. On time, nice clean job, didn't leave a mess behind etc. That night, go in and look - water in the pan again. Called them back, they responded right away. They came the next day, said the pressure valve must've been bad - replaced it. By the afternoon, it was leaking again. Called them back. They came back and this time replaced the entire WH. Happened AGAIN. (None of this was their fault BTW). They finally decided that the water pressure coming into the house must be a little too high and they installed a little tank at the top of the WH to take the pressure off. Free of charge, mind you. They were very good about it all and they took my Angie's coupon (even after all that). They were wonderful to work with. The only reason for frustration here was because we had to do it so many times!

He came right away in less than an hour!

He is pretty local and has come out a few times. He wasn’t able to fix the problem; so he didn’t charge me for it. He’s done a great job before. He is very clean cut and always shows up exactly on time. He is pretty trustworthy and I’ve never felt like he’s overcharged me.

Our water heater died on Memorial day. We waited until the next day to call Dean's plumbing. I made contact with them around 0930 and they were at our place by 1100. We have a power vent gas water heater, and they were able to find a suitable replacement very quickly. They they were notified that their early afternoon job had been postponed and asked: "Would you like us to fix it now?" Since the quote was reasonable (quite - as I'd already done a fair amount of research), we said yes, and the new water heater was installed and running and we were back to work by 1 pm. The guys were very nice, courteous and easy to work with. When I asked about buying a spare anode, they responded with "Say there's an additional anode we can install in the that water heater and extend the warranty from 6 to 10 years". They didn't have the anode on hand, but will install it tomorrow. Overall, they were all great, from the lady who answered the phone to the guys who did the install.

The people who came out were prompt and polite. They did a good job. They were little pricey. I would use them in the future.

Very good experience. They were punctual and courteous. They explained all that they were doing and offered us options. We wanted a heat pump water heater (which put the cost up) and they had no problems installing it. They hauled our old, EXTREMELY heavy water heater up the basement stairs and disposed of it. They were very willing to listen to our concerns and were great to work with. I will certainly use them again.

They just did a very good job at a very good price. They were quick and on time.

Dean's plumbing may be the best service of this nature I've ever dealt with. Bill was here on time, fixed my problem and charged a very reasonable amount. While installing a new flush system he accidentally cracked the toilet tank. This was a very old toilet, and I was not surprised at something like this. He made two trips back and forth, offered to give me a used tank. After some consideration, I decided to buy an entire new toilet. His price was incredibly reasonable. He wound up spending most of the day here, considering the trips for parts and installation. He was very polite and professional with his work. Today I received a card, thanking me for my business. How many plumbers do that? Frankly, I'm not used to service this good. I cannot praise this company enough for the integrity and professionalism of work. On a rating of 1 to 10 they get a 10.
