He came, was clean and efficient and did the job requested without any drama. We really appreciated it!

They were excellent. They did not even charge you for emergency call. They were prompt in coming out. They were clean. They ran ahead and told you exactly what was wrong and they did not over charge you. Their price is reasonable.

Needed to have a hose bib replaced. The gentleman from Dean's was courteous and did a great job, and did it quickly. The replacement part was high quality.

We are remodeling our "man-cave" wet bar, and are waiting for new cabinets to be delivered any day. We had decided to do all of the tear out in order to be able to reuse the old counter tops, wood trim, etc. and get everything as clean as we like before the installers arrive. When we tried to turn off the water, we discovered the valves were too old/defective and should be replaced to avoid any messes and potential water damage to the new cabinets. My mother had used Dean's Plumbing for other small repairs and was very satisfied, so I called them and explained what I wanted done. I must include my comments about my initial contact--Mrs. Dean (I believe that's who answered) has one of the most professional, pleasant, and customer-oriented telephone manners that I've ever encountered, and I've dealt with a large amount and variety of businesses over my lifespan. She consulted with me on my availability, and she scheduled the repair on the day and within the time frame that I needed, and most importantly, within 2 days of my call so that we are ready for the new cabinets to be installed any day. She also called to let me know when they were on their way; they arrived promptly, did a good job, they were friendly and polite, and the cost was very reasonable. I am thoroughly satisfied!

We discovered lots of water in the carpet of my son's bedroom in the basement. After some searching around, I discovered the water was coming from our water heater. I called my husband who was out if town on business, and figured out how to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but it continued to leak. I remembered that I had used Dean's Plumbing once before and that they were nice and knowledgeable. I checked Angie's List and saw they still were receiving good reviews, so I called them. At this point, it was 12:45AM, and I was expecting to leave a message on a machine. Instead, Mrs. Dean answered. I felt horrible for calling so late, but was very appreciative that she was there to take down my info and assure me that they would be able to help me. The next morning, Mrs. Dean called me and asked when I was available for them to come out and fix the water heater. They worked me into their schedule at a time I could be home. They also called me when they were on their way. Great customer service! When they arrived at my house, they got right to work, and within 1 1/2 hours I had a new water heater, complete with a pan underneath in case this one ends up ever leaking. They also showed me what they had done and how the new water heater works. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I honestly didn't know what to expect price-wise but from what I have seen reading reviews from people who used other plumbers for water heater issues, I feel like I got a good deal. Plus, I got a discount for being an Angie's List member. I would highly recommend Dean's Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!

I was pleased with their service. They did everything right and I couldn't be happier. I saved at least $400 dealing with Dean's Plumbing.

I called Deans Plumbing and they came out, they were courteous, on time, punctual and polite. He did not even charge a service call fee either. He did make some suggestions, in plugging the hole so that it does not drain into the parking lot. He even talked about cutting part of the brick out of the foundation too. He did give us a solution, but it was not the solutions that we wanted to go with.

They called before coming out. I showed the two men what the problem was and they got right to work. They were really nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. Great job and great price. b

They were very good and the guy was really fast. He had to cut some pipe and it set the smoke alarm off. He was extremely apologetic and got it all turned off so he was really nice and very professional. We have used them a couple of times and I think they are good. The sink cabinet has not broken and they came out the next day to provide the service.

He was polite, and friendly. And the service call was on the weekend so I felt the charge was quite reasonable.

They were excellent. It was the father and the son. They had a caption on the side of their van stating, ‘our plumber will arrive on time and he will smell good’. He arrived on time. They are terrific. It is a family operation and they all are very nice. The wife and the mother answer the phone and the husband and son come out and do the work.

It was the day before a holiday, and this company fit me into their existing appointments. Isiah showed up between the window of time promised (3-6 pm). He was professional, punctual, and exceptionally service oriented. The repair was completed very quickly, and the site was cleaned up after the repair was made. They allowed me to use the Angie's list coupon without any issues. They even offered to bill my landlord vice me for the cost of repair. I will definitely use Dean's plumbing again, and I would recommend them whole heartedly.

Office called when Isaiah (?) was on his way, well within the promised time. Promptly found where leak was originating and repaired. Also had him tighten a faucet that contractor failed to do when vanity installed. Prompt, in and out within an hour. Will definately call Dean's Plumbing for any future needs. VERY pleased!

Fast, responsive - Dean's plumbing was great! The only price issue I had was that he suggested that I have him remove an unneeded valve while he was there. Said since he was in place, and it would just take a few minutes, that the cost would be low. Cost $120. Just a difference of opinion on what low would be, but I didn't ask him for an exact price the fault was mine too.

They were at the house within two hours of calling. Another plumber said they didn't service our brand and wouldn't come until Monday. Service was prompt and efficient. We will use them again.

It went very well. The plumber was very responsive, professional and friendly. I would use them again for all my plumbing work!

I found this plumbing service on Angie's List. After reading the reviews I called and they were at my house within a couple of hours to give me a bid - the need for service was not critical. I have been using a different plumbing service - but was looking for a local business versus dealing with a larger chain service. After reviewing the bid I decided to move forward with the updates. The plumber was on time, performed the services promised for the price quoted. The fixtures installed outside were a better quality than the ones being replaced. I have another quote for additional services which I plan to have Dean's Plumbing do when my kitchen renovation job is ready to begin. I can easily recommend this company.

Plumber arrived at stated time and proceeded with the required work without delay. Work was completed fast and efficiently. At the completion of the job the plumber stated that he could not finish installing the tub water spout until the tiling was done. When the wall tile was installed I called Dean's Plumbing and the plumber was out the same day and completed installing the tub spout. I plan to use Dean's Plumbing again in the Spring to replace existing outside water spigots.

I called Deans Plumbing today. They advertise on Angies list to have free estimates, which is false. I needed to have all of my plumbing replaced in my house which is probably a 1,000 dollar job, and I was told that they couldn't give me a free estimate because I lived out of town. I live in Yellow Springs and they are based out of Xenia, which boarders Yellow Springs! Its literally a 8 minute drive from downtown Xenia to my house. I will never deal or call them again.
