Description of Work: Two plumbers showed up to inspect and fix a leak from kitchen sink faucet. They also Inspected the fridge for a clogged water line resulting in poor water output from dispenser. After performing various flushes and such, they determined the problem was within the fridge door which would require an appliance repairman. (They tried to save us from having to call someone else out to the house). The plumbers provided details of what they did as well as what to do if leak returns (would require a new kitchen faucet...~$300 for faucet + labor). | |Plumbers were able to come out on the same day. Originally made appointment for the next morning but was told we would be placed on list for that day if an opening came up. Scheduler called in afternoon to state plumbers would be out in ~15-20 minutes if we were available. They showed up promptly, were professional in both demeaner and appearance, were friendly, and cleaned up when they were done. They explained the bill, gave us a 5% discount for being an Angie's List member, and received payment at that time. | |We have since received a follow-up thank you card as well as a card to present at next service call for a free gift. As first time customers, we received a free small plunger on day of service. | |WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN!
