He is a very good plumber. He is absolutely the best. He is very friendly and punctual. He is here when he says he is going to be here. He thanks you for the business you have given him. It is very unusual and very pleasant. I will continue to use his services in the future.

You couldn't want a better plumber or a nicer guy! Despite working until 10 pm the previous night on yet another flooded basement (due to our area's unprecedented rain this spring), Bill was able to get to our problem the morning after I called. He worked two full hours nonstop, replacing the pipe through the wall from an outside spigot to a pipe under the kitchen sink. He answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. (I tend to ask many questions.) I learned a lot from Bill--such as to disconnect hoses from outside spigots before each winter. We didn't do this, which caused the pipe to freeze and burst. Bill checked all of his work carefully before he left. The cost of the work was totally reasonable.

The plumbers were on time and professional. They fixed a leak behind the wall in the upstairs bathroom sink. They replaced the sump pump in the basement. Everything was cleaned up before they left. I would use Dean's again. I wish I would have remembered to use my 10% off Angie's coupon.

Found Dean's on Angies List. Pleasant to deal with on phone and made appointment for same week. The guys showed up at the appointed time. We have nice tile in the kitchen and they were careful not to scratch or damage it when pulling the dishwasher out to access the water line. We had a couple extra requests since they were already on-site. Our main water shut off valve appeared to be stuck, or at least I could not close it. They got it unstuck and put a bright tag on it so there is no question in an emergency which valve to shut off. And, we had an outdoor faucet that leaked, which they fixed. Overall, they took about three hours. It was a very pleasant experience; definitely recommend Dean's.

Very pleased. Our broken sump pump was replaced during a heavy rainstorm on a late Saturday aternoon. Dean's responded quickly and professionally to our emergency call for help on a weekend. Their office kept us informed of their estimated arrival time, and they were true to their estimate. Being unprepared without a backup pump, we appreciated their quick response and fair price. Good job, very helpful, will hire again.

It went very well. I called them on the weekend and received a call back first thing Monday from Pamela. She gave me an accurate estimate over the phone and scheduled me for the following morning. She then called the day of service to say that the serviceman may be a bit late, though he was ultimately on time. They were very responsive and have great customer service. The serviceman showed up and quietly and quickly did the work, which came out beautifully! The price (w/ a 10% Angie's discount) was reasonable as well.

I was impressed with Dean's Plumbing from my initial phone conversation with Pam Dean. She was very nice and professional and called us the day of service to confirm the arrival time. My husband and I were impressed with Dean's knowledge and plumbing skills. He was very neat and businesslike but willing to answer all our questions and give us several plumbing tips. Plus we received a thank you card from Dean's plumbing the day after service. It's obvious this is a family owned and run business with customer service in mind. Great job and highly recommended!

There was snow on the ground, the temperature was below freezing and more snow was on the way. I had already tried to repair the faucet twice to no avail. The faucet continued to run and it was only getting worse. I had a pop up business trip the following Monday. I called Deans on a Friday and while they promised to get to me NLT Saturday, they made it out the same day. The Plumber was clean, professional and had the job completed in a timely fashion.

The shower handle apparatus wasn't properly secured behind the wall in my master bathroom, I was afraid water could get in behind the cover and cause all kinds of problems. I called Dean's plumbing on a tuesday, they came out the next day. Their office called 30 minutes ahead and let me know the eta, which was nice. Anyway, they came out, took the shower handle unit off, secured it properly to the studs and sealed it as well. That's been bugging me for awhile, glad it's off the list!

We have a half bath on the first floor of our home (2006 construction). Every few months we would find water pooled on the floor around the toilet bowl. We pulled the bowl and discovered that the builder had made a hole in the floor that was too large for the waist pipe assembly. We thought this was causing the wax ring to fail. After replacing the wax ring two or three times, we wanted to fix the problem properly. After reviewing several plumber's reports, we decided to call Dean's Plumbing and spoke with Ms. Dean. We described the problem and she said they would be at our home the next morning between 9:00 and 11:00. Bill Dean arrived at 9:00 am, evaluated the problem and gave an estimate. We agreeded and he got to work. Professional from start to finish. Clean and efficient work through the job with no waisted time or effort. Completed job around 10:30am. He cut the waist pipe and removed flange assembly. Installed a new assembly while aligning the pipe properly so the new assembly would mount to the subflooring properly. What the builder should have done. Toilet works as it should and we've had no further trouble. Mr. Dean told my wife "I expect you to call if anything goes wong with this toilet, I'll make it right." I love old school work ethic. Someone does work and stands by his/her work...what a concept! Highly recommend Dean's Plumbing.

We were very pleased. We got good responses and Deans had the lowest price. They came and did the work and they did a really fine job. They were responsive, they came when they said they would come, and it took the exact amount of time that they said it would take.

I found Dean's Plumbing on Angies List. I decided to call them because they had a very high rating from previous customers. On the phone, I explained to them that we had a leaking outdoor faucet that needed to be fixed. Within the hour after my call the owner himself arrived at my house. The owner was very knowledgeable of the problem and promptly fixed the plumbing issue. I am very pleased with the work and would highly recommend this company to others.

It was a very positive experience. We called and Dean came out in a day or two to give us an estimate. We arranged a day for the work to be done the following week. (He probably could have done the work sooner, but we had some other projects going on). The price was a little high, but plumbers aren't cheap. Dean was very prompt, pleasant and professional. He worked very hard and cleaned up after himself. We would definitely use him again.

They were absolutely excellent. They had a great price and wonderful service. He was extremely accommodating, and I would recommend them to anybody.

Excellant job, arrived on time as scheduled, but I thout the price was a liitle high for 45 minutes of work.

I had been searching for someone to at least look at the tub. Dean's plumbing stepped up to the challenge. The tub had a lead overflow canister instead of the traditional P trap. I wanted to keep the integrity of the tub but I realized I had to modernize after Josiah came in. We discussed the options and went for the P trap. He showed up early jumped right in and completed the job very quickly. Cleaned up after the job. I couldn't tell he had been there...except NOW the tub works great. I am extremely pleased with Dean's Plumbing work and will definately use them again. I am planning on remodeling my kitchen and with Dean's help it will be easier.

At the time promised, I got a call saying the plumber was on the way; he arrived promptly and completed the work neatly and promptly. We were highly satisfied with the response and quality of work.

The service was excellent. The plumber showed up early after calling first, which is always appreciated. He fixed the leaking toilet, explained the phantom flushing going on with another toilet(bad venting)and fixed the spraying shower pipe by taking off the unnecessary part put on by an earlier plumber. I would definitely use them again.

Showed up on time, within 2 hours of me calling them. Fixed my sink AND a broken closet door to boot!

I think they may be a little bit on the high side for their prices, but they do stand behind their work. I have used them about three different times over the years. I have been satisfied with their work.

I had a second sump pump put in the basement because we have had problems with flooding. The kitchen sink faucet wasn't working and he fixed that. They didn't know if a different handle could be put on it, but I found that they did an excellent job, and the guy that came out was courteous and very nice and I would score him highly.

Went very well, overall. The Deans we're very professional, responsive, competent, and fairly priced. Two thumbs up! As usual, the plumbing only leaks at the worst time. We discovered the leak at 11pm the night before leaving town for a funeral that was a 12 hour drive away. I turned off the water for the night, and called Mrs. Dean around 7:30 the next morning. Mr. Dean was here by 9:15 and finished by 10ish. Mrs. Dean did an outstanding job as the communications link/billing center for the entire process.

It went very well. They came out the same day, and were done in less than an hour. Previously, Mr. Dean had saved me $10,000 in an ingenious way of draining our new washer and dryer by installing a garage sink for about $200.

Our water heater was found to be leaking on a Tuesday evening. Bill worked around my schedule to arrive early the next morning to remove the leaking water heater and install a new one, which he had bought and brought to our house. Removal, installation, and clean-up was completed in a timely manner, and with attention to detail and quality. Later that same day we had a major/dangerous gas leak on our main line (unrelated to water heater installation). Bill Dean arrived approximately 5-10 minutes after the initial phone call to repair and seal the gas leaks. This work was done after regular working hours (beginning around 6pm). Later that evening around 9pm, Bill Dean stopped by our house in order to make sure in person that everything was alright. The service on the gas main was completed to the highest level of quality and attention to detail. I recommend Dean's Plumbing without hesitation.

THEY DO VERY NEAT AND GOOD WORK. ALSO, THEY ARE VERY INDEPENDENT AND HANDY. IF YOU NEED THEM, THEY COME AT NIGHT OR AFTER HOURS. BECAUSE OF THIS, THEY ARE VERY AVAILABLE AND RELIABLE.
