Description of Work: Hot water heater quit working. Turned out to be a breaker on the water heater itself. Dean did not charge me anything. I was so impressed that I had him replace the shower faucet handles that I had been putting off.

Description of Work: Installed new water heater. Very professional. Courteous. Quiet during installation. Cleaned up after installation. I was very happy with this family run business.

Description of Work: I scheduled an estimate for some remodeling and after waiting a week they called at the last minute and cancelled. The only alternative offered was to wait another week for an appointment. I believe if they had to cancel they should have offered a much earlier appointment. My feelings are that they were not interested in my business.

Description of Work: I would (and do) recommend Dean's plumbing! I have used them several times and have always been pleased with both the work and the honesty of the company. Maybe a bit pricy, but well worth it for the assurance that the work will be done correctly and worry free.

Description of Work: I called to get my water heater replaced and they put me on standby. They weren't able to get to me that day, but did the following day. They weren't real informative the first day, but they made up for it the day of installation by calling in the morning to schedule, 3 men ended up on the job and it was quick.

Description of Work: I had a leak for which the source was not evident. Bill determined that it was my airconditioning unit and that the drain was clogged. He repired the clog leaving me easy access to clear it out in the future, dried up all of the water and got me back in business right away.

Description of Work: We called for an estimate, they responded quickly.We were very impressed with the representative they sent to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, well mannered.He was called out to fix a slow drain, after the initial inspection found out we needed more work than what we thought.The plumber, Josiah had the capability to take pictures of all the leaking pipes in the crawl space, so we were able to view the problem. Was able to view after photos of the quality of workmanship. We requested the job to be expedited, and the dispatcher, Pamela set the job up immediately.Compared to the other techs we called out for estimates Dean's plumbing excelled.

Description of Work: I called about a broken garbage disposal. They advised me about to try the reset button. That didn't work, but they didn't want the job. They said because it was about a 45 minute drive out that the recommended I use another plumber. I respect their honesty but was disappointed they would not want the work.

Description of Work: They diagnosed and changed out a thermostat in a water heater which was not heating well and changed the cartridges in shower and tub faucets.
