Description of Work: replaced hot water heater. charged me $55 for the hot water heater pan ($19 at Lowes). They had me because I didn't have one and it needed one (no drain). The guy was rude (claimed to be an owner) and spread mud and debris throughout the house. Left grease and metal shavings in the bathtub where I bathe my two year old. Unfortunately, American Home Shield relies on them for local repairs, despite continued bad reviews.
