Description of Work: I called Chem Dry of Greene County, and Anthony answered the phone (I have used Chem Dry before when I lived in Alabama). I told him we lived in an apartment and needed our carpet cleaned. He said the price was not by the # of rooms but by the sq footage, but the price would be low since we were not a move in or out. He was pleasant and offered information about his services without me having to ask (they use a carbonation system that dries in an hour which is the part I like the most). He called 20 minutes prior to arriving to let me know he was on the way. He was accompanied by Owen (who is a 16 yr Air Force veteran who served in Afghanistan). Both introduced themselves and let me know what steps they would take to clean the carpet. He explained the 3 different services that i could choose and the price (he even let me know that I didn't need the third more expensive service without me asking). I choose the 2nd package with the carpet sealer (can't remember the exact term) to make it easier for dirt in the future. They vacuumed my carpet, sprayed a deodorizer (pleasant scent and non-irritating), then brought in the machine with the spinning part to clean the carpet. Owen used a rake-like apparatus back and forth across the carpet. The whole thing took less than an hour. I went over the paperwork with me, showed me where to sign, and gave me a copy of the invoice for my records.

Description of Work: I last used Chem Dry of Green County Company for carpet cleaning services in September of 2010. They cleaned all of the carpets of my two storied house. They also put a protection on it that works like a stain guard.
