Very pleased with every interaction we had with this inspection firm, from the first instance in requesting their services, to the final report. In from out of state, we had just bought a new home in Southwest Ohio, and had very limited number of days available to complete a buyer's inspection before leaving town again. Danato worked with us to schedule an after normal business hours inspection the next business day with Inspector Ryan. Ryan was very thorough, and in addition to the usual inspection steps, he provided us useful tips on home ownership including suggestions for local vendors to consider for specific improvement projects. His report was completed and printed out on site at the conclusion of the visit, which was helpful. Without any hesitation, we would highly recommend this firm for home inspection services.

Definitely recommend! David did a fantastic job with 2 home inspections --- he was *incredibly* thorough, and he was able to test the water and inspect multiple areas (instead of having to hire several other inspectors for water, roof chimney, appliances, etc.). He gave us a detailed report, with pictures, immediately after the inspection. His hard work helped us avoid making a $200,000 mistake and confirmed when we found a great house. Thank you!

Went great. Ryan was the tech and was very helpful and thorough, explained all his findings. We used this company because they did the inspection on our house that we were selling and we were impressed with them and in that case we were not the ones who hired them.

We'd used David, one of the owners, for a previous house inspection during the buying process, and his astute observations got us out of a contract that might have nearly bankrupted us with problems with the house. The homeowners had a pre-inspection done, and David caught not just major problems (neither furnace worked, AC units over 30 years old and not performing well), but also numerous code violations that the other inspector missed (the water softener tapped directly into the sewage line, for example). David was thorough, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. He understood our nervousness as first time buyers and explained not just what he was doing, but why. He was a pleasure to work with for the day, and the report we received that day was comprehensive, concise, and incredibly detailed. After leaving that contract when the homeowners refused to make any repairs or negotiate, we found another property and had David come back. We were delighted when he greeted us at our second inspection, saying "I'm sorry, but this report is going to be a lot shorter than the last one!" since the property was in great shape. He still took the time to give us advice on some quirks of the home we might not know about. The office staff was professional and polite, and we enjoyed every step of the process. Scheduling was easy, with Shannon calling the agents to set up the time and confirm with the sellers. We literally just had to show up. The only complaint we'd have is that it took over a month for the check to clear from the first inspection, and it took a few calls to figure out why it was delayed. We opted to pay with a credit card for the second inspection, and the process was seamless.

The services went very well.?The inspector was just really knowledgeable and he pointed out a lot of stuff that we hadn't realized that there were original parts to the home that were built but weren't to the current code, that we knew to get them fixed for safety purposes and everything. They were a little more expensive than ones we've had before, but I think it was worth the money still.

The service turned out great. The gentleman that came out and did was extremely helpful. It took about four hours to complete the inspection.

The inspector (David Roche) arrived on time (actually he was early). He was very professional, knew what he was doing, was not in a hurry and took time to explain everything he found and answer all of my questions.
