My experience with Bill Potter Concrete was great. I had my patio extended and everything looks perfect. I had dealt with many different contractors in the past but Bill was by far the best when it comes to response time! All texts, emails were answered within minutes and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. His team were very professional, efficient, and very personable. Highly recommend!

Out of three contractors, Bill was the only one to call back. From beginning to completion, I was informed of each step of the process and what to expect. Bill and his crew were professional, prompt, and easy to talk to. The completed work is exceptional. I would not think of hiring any other company for concrete work.

This summer we used Bill Potter Concrete to remove our old sidewalk and replace our old patio. Bill was very communicative and the entire crew was professional, kind, and very easy to work with. I looked at seven different companies to do the job and BPC gave the fairest price. While they were doing the work there was a little bit of rain that popped up and was nowhere on the radar; the crew stayed late to go back over their work from the rain to ensure everything was perfect. We love our patio and are thankful to Bill and his crew for their great work!

Bill and his guys are wonderful. Professional and very patient with every question. He worked hard at preserving my awning, leveled the ground when finished, and did an amazing clean up. They worked hard, were very professional, and made sure I had exactly what I had asked for. Will definitely recommend them and will use them again myself.

Exceeded all my expectations! All employees of Bill Potter Concrete continually answered my many questions, were always on time for the job, were knowledgeable and professional and very personable and polite. If a variance to the project plan was required, the crew did not change the plan themselves - they showed me the necessary changes and got my OK before they proceeded. The jobsite was always left clean at the end of the day and much less damage was done to my yard by the heavy equipment than I anticipated. At the end of each workday I was shown and told what work had been done that day plus was told what was going to be done the next day - the job was always on schedule. Plus, Bill Potter Concrete's prices are competitive! I would definitely hire them again. Although Bill Potter Concrete price quote was a little higher than other companies, based on stellar reviews, I thought his work would be superior to other companies. And it definitely was and well worth the money

We had the steps and walkway redone on our front porch. Out of three contractors we originally contacted Bill was the only one that replied.. He was quick to respond to our questions during the process. The crew that worked our project were very nice and knew what they were doing. The new steps and walkway look great. We would definitely hire them again.

Driveway turned out great. Bill Potter provided great advice on the layout and was very accommodating to change requests. Entire crew was friendly and professional.

There was a one day delay in pouring the concrete due to threatening rain but other than that everything was excellent. Bill kept me apprised of progress and expected completion time. Overall I am well pleased with the work.

Excellent job! I could not be more happy. Bill is very professional, reliable, honest and his price is fair. He showed up as scheduled. Got my job done in a timely manner. He removed an old mailbox post and graded a very large chunk of dirt that was covering a tree stump and creating an eye sore in my front yard. His crew is also very good. I can't say enough good things about him ands crew. I really appreciate the beautiful job they did for me. Call him. You won't be sorry!

Outstanding service. They showed up on time and finished each day at a reasonable hour. This was important to me because I have had contractors working until 8 or 9 in the evening, making it hard for our family to relax.) Bill kept me informed at each step, taking just two days to complete the entire job. He had the right equipment for a quick demolition of the existing driveway and brought in a full crew to pour and finish all of the new concrete. Bill walked me through each step as the work progressed, pointing out problem areas resulting from the original builder's sloppy workmanship. The builder had a dirt base, which did not provide sufficient strength for the driveway. Bill laid in several inches of stone, making for a more secure base. He ensured I was aware of everything that was being done and that I was satisfied at each checkpoint. I strongly recommend him for any concrete project you may have.

The experience was fantastic! Mr. Potter was flexible with meeting at my property for a quote; able to meet after work. He emailed a quote within two hours of being at my home. The quote was fair and there was nothing but professionalism throughout the whole process. There was never any coercion or pressure to hire him. I’m very happy I hired Potter concrete for my project and would happily recommend him to anyone.

The job was delayed a couple of days for rain but you can't mix rainwater with concrete.

Bill and his crew were great! Always on time and the completed driveway is getting rave reviews from my neighbors. My cleanup was minimal, the only problem was mom nature did not co-operate with many rainy days. Bill did not force the issue as rain at the wrong time could endanger the final product. Overall A plus

Minor delay in getting started, but he coordinated so no inconvenience to us. Once started, work was completed in a few days. No delays. No issues. Preparation was well done. Appearance is very nice. We had minor increase in scope. Price change was fair, less than $200.

Bill Potter is a true professional in the best sense of the word! His responses to inquiries were quick and precise. His customer service attention to detail was top notch. He did what he said he was going to do, (and better), when he said he was going to do it. Thee were many challenges with pouring my driveway and walkway. The workmanship and finished product are even more than I'd hoped for! It was an absolute pleasure doing business with him and I would highly recommend him! Of the 4 contractors that were contacted to bid on this job, Bill was quick to respond. The others were slow to return my calls or did not show as scheduled. Bill's estimate was reasonable. Once the work commenced, Bill and his team were on site ahead of schedule each day. He went above and beyond expectations including tearing down and hauling away shrubbery as well as an old fort we had cut down. The concrete drive, trailer pad, and back patio look great! Bill obviously has a strong work ethic. He and his team worked tirelessly from early morning to evening making sure the job was done right.

Bill Potter is the best - he's honest, hardworking. His end product was exactly as promised; additionally, he provides advice about the job that you can trust. The replacement went exceptionally well, exactly as planned. Bill Potter was amazing from start to finish. Explained everything very well with price total upfront of what it would cost. There was no pressure to purchase or use his company. I have read other reviews and they were excellent and that is the reason I went with Bill Potter. I am completely satisfied with the outcome. Driveway and step area looks fantastic. I recommend Bill Potter for all your concrete needs.
