+ -1 moreWe had a salesman giving us a presentation, using his laptop computer. While sitting at our dining room table, he turned his laptop to show me some pictures of a previous project and gouged the table. He had a piece of broken glass on the bottom of his laptop. I called a furniture repair company, which does all their work at their shop. They gave me Ed's name and number. Ed came to our home and performed the work. Contractors always state, "If you have any problems, call us and we'll make it right." This is a rare contractor that does it right and doesn't need to make it right!
Description of Work: We had a large, deep gouge in our dining room table. Ed came and worked on the gouge for over two hours, which was down into the wood. He filled it in and buffed the finish. He had to work in stages to fill in the gouge. It can barely be seen now. Ed did a great job matching the finish.
