Description of Work: We hired the Maids to clean and sterilize a house before we moved in. I was unable to be at the house when the Maids arrived, but we had people there doing repairs to let them in. I arrived home just as the maids were packing up. I paid them each a tip and then went inside the house. as I checked the house, I was dismayed to discover that the staffers had missed numerous areas (areas that I had specifically requested receive extra attention when making the appointment), such as kitchen drawers, microwave, floors, fridge, sink, etc. the remainder of the house faired only slightly better. This was upsetting enough, but when I discovered that they had claimed almost three hours of work (and charged me almost $400!!!!!!), I was livid. There is literally no way that four maids took three hours to clean and sterilize an empty house and yet still manage to ignore the kitchen, floors, bathrooms, etc.

Description of Work: Team of four did detailed cleaning of entire house - floors, walls, surfaces. Price seems high, but not for what they accomplished. The team broke a lamp, and a check for its replacement was sent within the week. I will use them again.

+ -1 moreTHE SERVICE IS VERY EXPENSIVE BUT THOROUGH. THE PROBLEM IS THAT OF THE 4 VISITS THEY MADE 3 RESULTED IN BREAKAGE OF ITEMS IN OUR HOUSE. THE OWNERS WERE WILLING TO REPLACE THE ITEMS BUT THE MULTIPLE BREAKAGES CAUSED US TO BELIEVE THAT THEIR CREWS WERE NOT EVER GOING TO BE CAREFUL ENOUGH IN OUR HOME.
