Buyer beware. There is no transparency in their pricing they will charge you $2400 for a kitchen sink. They will pressure you to make a decision immediately and not even break down the pricing for you.

Work went smoothly with the exception of being short a trim piece and a door was cracked. Both items are on order and the installer will be back in 1 week to install those remaining pieces.

Outside of too many miscommunications with the sales/management which caused some uneasiness it ended up being great. The installers did a fantastic job, we're very professional, worked their butts off everyday from the time they got here until they left every evening 10-12 hours everyday. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work every step of the way!

I started by scheduling and then having to rush home to meet the salesperson. The problem was they were going to reschedule because they didn't get a confirmation the day before, because they confirm all appointments made 2 weeks in advance. The problem was I made the appointment only 5 days prior to the appointment. I explained that they should have told me of the confirmation at the time of appointment because I don't answer 888 numbers. They sent somebody out any and the quote was fine and the sales pitch went fine. The problem was the follow-up. We decided to move forward and had to make multiple calls to get scheduling and pricing completed. After not receiving a call back I finally decided to look elsewhere. I figured if I had to chase the down the salesperson then what would it be like when I had a real problem.

The salesman did a really good job and sells a good product. They made a whole new wall of cabinets for me which was new for them because they typically resurface. They measured wrong in some areas or the laminate back splash was manufactured incorrectly. They improvised with a strip of wood to go up to the crown molding. I felt they were overpriced but they do beautiful work. Their products improved my kitchen big time.

The Sales rep. was friendly, quite "smooth" and convincing, and provided all sorts of guarantees--will match lowest price, 10% off of initial bid IF contract signed during his visit, mentioned positive reviews in Better Business Bureau and Angie's List, could cancel contract if done so within 3 business days, showed us samples of cabinet doors, etc. Everything seemed OK. We paid 1/3 downpayment (over $5,000) and sales rep left. Then, I decided to check Angie's list and BBB--no report on file with BBB, and one report on Angie's list that gave KitchenSaver all "D's" and reported how KitchenSaver tried to increase the contracted cost. Reading this, I decided that I didn't want to have anything to do with KitchenSaver, so I cancelled the contract and stopped payment on the downpayment check. We have had a local company out for an estimate, and their quote was over $5,000 less than KitchenSaver's. We just feel that KitchenSaver was not on the up and up. Obviously, they are also way overpriced and used some pressure tactics that we didn't like in securing a contract. Obviously, a. do one's checking of BBB and Angie's list before meeting with a sales rep. b. Don't allow yourself to be rushed. c. ask for local references, d. obtain several quotations from different companies. e. When possible, deal with a local company.

This was our one experience with KITCHEN SAVER. KITCHEN SAVER came out to our house and gave us a price ($9000) to resurface our 8 kitchen cabinets (4 upper and 4 lower). We agreed to have the work done, signed the contract and gave the down payment ($3000). KITCHEN SAVER came back the next day and said ?the job will cost $12000 to do?. We said, ?NO?. We are in the process of cancelling the order. We are very disappointed.
