Great job on the windows. My handyman removed them, dropped them off at Kerblers in the morning and picked them up later in the afternoon. I believe their policy is that they guarantee up to 4 windows to be done that day provided they are dropped off by 9AM. They completed all in one day. Windows have a 5 year seal failure guarantee. Inside of window is stamped with "Kerbler Month/Year" to track replacement/repair date. Also had my handyman apply Gila Titanium window film to same windows and others which were still good. This was done as windows are in a Florida room that is unbearably hot. Gila claims 72% of heat is reflected from window in summer and in winter also helps to keep heat from escaping out. So far seems to have worked great - temp is down at least 10 degrees. Kerbler said no issue with filming windows as long as you wait 3 days for window seals to seat.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Efficient. I love looking through clear glass again!

All the service that they have provided me has excellent. The approximate cost is for the mirror resizing and is per linear foot.

Dropped off screen frame and told me the work would take 10 days to complete. Called on 10th day and work was completed.

The company tech was at the rental property to repair a broken window and I ask him is we could get screens for two of the windows. He measured the windows and ordered the screens for me. They were in in less than two weeks and worked out great. I picked them up at Kerblers and installed the screens. They were very easy to install and the tenants were very happy they could open up their windows without flies, various bugs, etc.. . getting in their offices.

Happy with their work, despite it took almost 2 months to have windows replaced.

I have never received a call back, even though they have said I would be called back each time.

I gave them the measurements and they ordered the parts from a supplier and assemble the doors. The cost was reasonable, but more importantly, they do this kind of work. I didn't know what to do until I found this company. I was very pleased with their work.

It was something kind of outside the box on what they normally do. Mr. Kerbler helped me get this resolved.

I was surprised to find that this company did not require a large job to be interested in doing the work. They were very prompt in the inspection and completion of my small job including producing extra clips for other windows which were missing. I was very pleased with this company!

Kerbler is great! The work was done quickly and for a very low price. I had been trying to get in touch with a Pella representative for several weeks and no response yet when I went to Kerbler they said there would be no problem fixing the glass in the window even though it was unusual and had an interior screw. My only complaint is that they didn't clean the window prior to returning it but I suppose we can't have everything.

They were upfront about everything. They gave us options to save money.

Work was done on time and very reasonably priced.

Have bought parts from these guys for years; this is the first time they've come to the house. They are great! Professional, quick, quiet, right on time, and HALF THE PRICE of the other company I called, for the same exact work. Plus Kerbler doesn't bad-mouth their competitors. An old family business and I'd like to see them stay that way.

Their workmanship is very good. Repaired the rollers at bottom of door screen at no extra charge.

RESPONDED TO MY CALL AND LET ME KNOW THAT THEY DID NOT DO THAT TYPE OF REPAIR WORK. RECOMMENDED TWO HANDYMEN TO TRY, ONE OF WHICH I USED AND WAS QUITE HAPPY WITH.

THIS WAS THE EASIEST REPAIR ON MY HOUSE SO FAR, I THINK. I WALKED INTO THE SHOP WITH THE WINDOW, AND AS I STEPPED INTO THE OFFICE, BEFORE I EVEN SAID ANYTHING, ONE OF THE GUYS CAME IN AND ASKED ME FOR THE WINDOW, AND WENT AND FIXED IT WHILE I WAITED. I WAS TOLD ON THE PHONE PREVIOUSLY ''IN BY 10(AM), OUT BY 3(PM)'', BUT THIS WAS REALLY NICE TO HAVE IT DONE IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES AND NOT HAVE TO MAKE THE TRIP BACK TO PICK IT UP. EXCELLENT AND FRIENDLY SERVICE.

THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 10 DAYS FOR THE SCREEN TO BE REPAIRED. IN FACT, IT WAS READY BEFORE THAT TIME, AND THEY CALLED TO LET US KNOW THAT IT WAS AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP. VERY REASONABLE.

MR. KERBLER CAME OUT TO TAKE THE MEASUREMENTS AND PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE. ANOTHER 3-MAN CREW CAME OUT TO ACTUALLY DO THE WORK. EVERYBODY WAS POLITE AND ARRIVED ON TIME.

WORK PERFORMED IN SOMEWHAT TIMELY MANNER, I DO REALIZE THIS COMPANY IS VERY BUSY AND IS WORTH WAIT. ALSO WARRANTY THEY PROVIDE ON THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICE IS VERY GOOD AND PROBLEM SOLVED WITH NO QUIBBLE OR QUESTIONS.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND ABOUT $25 BELOW THE ESTIMATE. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRICE.

MR. KERBLER CAME TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE FOR HAVING OUR WINDOW REPAIRED. HE SPENT ALMOST AN HOUR LOOKING AT MOST OF OUR WINDOWS AND DID SEVERAL MINOR REPAIRS ON SITE, WHICH WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NICE. LATER ANOTHER WORKER CAME TO REPAIR THE JAMB LINER.
