+ -1 moreThey are horrible. They take your money and want to do as little as possible. They have a warranty plan that I purchased over a year ago with my new sofa. I got the scotch guard. I got the warranty. The guy they sent out, sent out twice to fix it, didnt fix it. He said well you need a new cover, sofa cover. He said we will send out a new cover but that item in no longer under warranty. I asked who is going to scotch guard it because I purchased scotch guard when I purchased it. They said that is not our problem. We don't do that either. I paid over $200 for this warranty and it not worth the paper that it is written on. Once they fix something, they won't warranty the piece that they fix and they won't return it to the condition that it was. He said that he could not fix it so he ordered me a new cover. It took almost a month and a half to get to me. I got a shipping notice so I called and said where is it? They sent it to my old address despite coming to my new address twice to try to fix it so they had the right address.There is no cost but they are not doing what they should be doing.
Description of Work: Had them fix my sofa.
