ROGERS OVERHEAD DOOR

Great. They gave me a 2 hour window, and the gentleman showed up within that time. He went right to work. Fixed it up, and gave me some info about the older garage doors.

They were putting the springs in backward so they would have failed again much more quickly than they should have. They had to leave my house in the middle of the job to go somewhere else and they left all of their things lying around. I had another company come out to finish the job and they informed me that the springs had been installed backward, and they ended up correcting the problem. When I brought the problem to their attention, they reimbursed me because they had been installing the springs incorrectly. They even got in trouble with the manufacturer of the springs.

I originally bought a new electronic garage door opener, as I thought that was the problem. Rogers was the contractor that was assigned to the installation from the local hardware store to do the installation. They did call within a few days to schedule the install, but when I returned the call I did not hear back from them for almost 2 weeks. I then called the hardware store where the installation had been assigned and after talking to them, Rogers called me back immediately. I was very disappointed that it took them almost 3 weeks to come out. However, they quickly realized it was a broken spring not the electronic garage door opener, the repairman quoted me a price to fix it and did the work immediately. He did a very good job.
