We can not say enough of how great it was to work with them and the outcome of our basement project and garage addition. Quality of workmanship was amazing, staying within the estimated budget and within the time period promised to finish the project. They provided great input on design and explained in detail when changes needed to be made. We would highly recommend them and hope to use them again in the near future.

They did a great job on my vinyl flooring and kitchen counter top and backsplash. They also updated bathroom plumbing and replaced subfloor before doing the flooring. Everything looks fantastic and I would use them again.

He is fantastic to work with, very knowledgeable and made our uneven slab basically flawless. We will be using him again for home renovations. Cannot recommend him and his company enough.

I hired Pertee Renovations to paint my entire first floor (all oak was painted white, walls to gray, new doorknobs, hinges, etc.). They did an amazing job and have great attention to detail. Trevor and team were always on time and polite. I will definitely hire them again for other jobs in the future and would highly recommend!
