+ -1 moreFirst off this was an existing residents for them. Secondly after the first visit I called and called and called left messages and called some more to reach someone to talk to. When I spoke with someone I questioned why my bill was nearly $70.00 higher then they told me. They said they applied product to 1-1/2 acres of land I said I only own 1-1/2 acres and there's a house extra garage 2out buildings landscaping and I mean lots of landscaping and an above ground pool. Besides I didn't buy more land than they had previously serviced. It went down hill from there. We had beautiful lawn and after there applications in 2015 I have crab grass and weeds and grubs. They also are trying to charge for applications than they applied. So just beware I'm currently trying to resolve this but I have made 2 phone calls already they are to call back. I will call again and they will not be servicing my yard this year
Description of Work: This was part of a program the 3 application grub and insect. The first was crabgrass after their application I had more crabgrass than before second was weed and feed I ended up with more weeds than before. The third part was Grubs and insect. I still had grubs. Now we had bought the home in May of 2015 and the previous owners had used this company. I do not feel as though I got what I paid for.
