+ -1 moreI've been using MW Robinson for years for routine furnace and A/C maintenence and plumbing emergencies. I called in the morning when my hot water heater died, and they installed a new one that same day. They've also installed my new furnance and A/C, replaced an old outside spigot, replaced my toilet, and replaced old pipework. The technicians are courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They take the time to answer my questions (I have a lot of them!). They respond very quickly to calls, and services are usually performed on the same day. If they leave and something's not completely right, they make it right. For example, the lid to my new toilet tank was wobbly and there was a manufacturer's mark underneath the toilet seat (visible only when you lifted the seat to clean underneath the toilet seat). I noticed this after the plumber had finished installing the toilet. I called MW, and they replaced the entire toilet! Exceptional customer service!

+ -1 morePrice for part was nearly 500% ( I work in the HVAC field but the problem was at my parents house and I couldnt get there soon enough). They asked for a price, they said we will just send you a bill. Know we know why. GIANT RIPOFF. I would literally find anywhere else.

+ -1 moreThe fixtures were marked up a lot in price when I did the research, and when I complained, Mr. Robinson have me false info (knowingly or unknowingly, I can't say for sure) as to quality, maintaining that what he purchases from the manufacturer is an item different from what a customer can buy on his own. I called the manufacturer, who stated that there is only one product and not the same product with different levels of quality. To make matters worse, it's extremely difficult to stop the sink as the stopper won't stay in place. We'll have to replace the fixtures again.
Description of Work: We had new fixtures put in the master bathroom and a new handle for a downstairs bathroom toilet.

Description of Work: They have serviced our furnace and central air for years. When our central air went out we had them install a new unit for us. We are finishing an extra room on our house and had them install new duct work. While we have had a few mis-communications over the years they have always made it right if I felt there was a mistake. Living in an older house that has unique challenges, I very much appreciate the service and reliability that we get from MW Robinson. They are all professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable. I would recommend them any day. Trustworthy companies like this are hard to come by.

I stopped by their show room and explained what was going on with the system and Chris noted that a 25 year old mineral tank had probably failed but he would send a tech out to make sure it wasn't the control head and to take and measure water samples for hardness and iron.
Description of Work: Remove old water softer and whole house filter and install new metered model. Install outdoor hot and cold water faucet.

Description of Work: They installed a new toilet for us. When we called, they did have a couple of specific recommendations and did suggest purchasing it through them instead of at a big box store, but were willing to install regardless. (Said specs are somewhat lower at these stores to keep cost down.) We did do this after doing some research. The installer was prompt and professional. However, we have an old house and since the newer model was much smaller, it sat way too far off the wall and looked bizarre. I did call that day and talked with the Mark??? Robinson and he immediately ordered another type to make it right. They replaced a couple of days later.
