They sent out a fantastic crew of Matt, Brett and James. These 3 were very courteous, careful with our belongings and worked continuously. I would recommend them for anyone moving. Being elderly, it was very important to us that our belongings be cared for properly and we were very impressed and happy with their work. These 3 would be an excellent example to any young people on how to work hard and do a good job. And they even finished under estimate.

Matt and Brett were the movers. They were on time, courteous and professional and worked very quickly. I had a lot of items to load into the pod and they were able to fit everything in the pod. I was very satisfied with their services, highly recommend them and would definitely use again.

The movers did well but for what I had moved in the short amount of time it was expensive. I had originally contacted Krupp for a quote and they gave me a quote for 2 men and a truck for four hours. I pared down my moving inventory on my own so ended up using an Angie's List deal from the same company for 3 men and a truck for 3 hours at a cheaper rate. I then came to find out there was a minimum amount of 4 hours required from the company and the Angie's List deal would have cost me more than the company's original quote. They did a fine job but it was all done in 1.5 hours and I felt that the fuel surcharge was somewhat ridiculous considering I only moved 6 tenths of a mile.

Just moved to this area and we were so pleased with the workers that showed up David S., Brett, E.J., Joel. They did a wonderful job unloading all of our furniture and boxes intoour new home. They were very kind and knew how to get the job done.

Great experience! The company reps, David S. and E.J. were prompt, courteous, professional, and accomodating. Couldn't have asked for better service and the price beat all the area competition. Would use Krupp again for certain.

Honestly, my experience with Krupp Movers was the best part of my entire move. EJ, David S, Matt R, Vernon were professional, punctual, fast, and otherwise just really good guys. Another reputable moving company estimated 8 hours for this move, but these guys got it done in 6! On time and under budget. What more could you ask for? Oh yeah, they didn't break a single thing or scratch a single wall. I never write reviews because, well, I just don't like to. These guys did so great though, I couldn't not tell everyone how awesome they are.

I hired the movers for four hours but got three due to them having another job to do. However, I still had to pay the $545 whether it was two or four hours because that is the agreement made with the owner of the company. Still felt like I got cheated by just an hour but I got the help that I paid for. Even if I felt a bit rushed.

Everything went well, they came and packed on one day, the next day they showed up for the move. Great crew they were very careful with our furniture, I would hire this company again if I had to move.

Everything went well, drivers stayed in phone contact before and during the job keeping me up to date when they were leaving to pick the items up, letting me know they had loaded the items and were in route to my home and called again right before arriving. Everything was unloaded quickly and in perfect condition and placed where requested. Both Dave Y. and E. J. were polite professional and neat in attire wearing company logo shirts.

Brett and David s. were so amazing! They were very nice, professional and understanding. They were so sweet to our whole family, but especially to our son! They were very careful, but also very fast. They were running every time they didn't have furniture in their arms. I never ever felt like they were trying to drag it out or take longer to charge us more. They were also very conscientious about keeping both homes clean. We will recommend anyone and everyone to Krupp! Thank you so much!

EJ, Jared and Dave Y did an excellent job. They arrived on time, went to work immediately, behaved professionally and finished the job efficiently and in less time than was quoted. They handled my belongings with care and when they unloaded a number of boxes into my garage, they made neat rows that left me room to walk through to get to my items. I have hired professional movers more than a half dozen times and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Very pleased.

The crew was friendly and professional and did a great job. My only (minor) complaint was that I scheduled the appointment with the branch closest to my house so as to minimize their drive time (which you pay for), but found out after-the-fact that they store all the moving trucks in a central location which was not close to my house

This is the second time we've used this company for a move, and we have one more to go before our new house is finished. We WILL use them. They are punctual and professional always. Polite and double check on where items go. No damages, no nicks bumps or breakage! The team of Shane, Tony and Charles just rocked it! Their rates are more than reasonable as well. The entire process was a very good experience. We experienced good quality and service across the board. The crew of Charles K., David S., Josh, EJ, and Matt were very professional, courteous, and extremely hardworking. I would recommend this moving company to everyone, regardless of how large or small the job. One other thing to note: the final bill came in under estimate.

Krupp Moving Services did an excellent job. I have moved locally and state to state 7 times in the last 15 years and this was the BEST moving experience I have ever had. There were 6 men and two trucks to move my things out of the house. The next day there was a 4 man crew to unload. Everything went smooth. The crew Josh, Dave Y., E.J., Matt, Shane and Charles K. took care of my furniture and precious things like they were moving there own house. They worked fast and communicated with each other. I would recommend them to family and friends even strangers!

We bought a house and the people who we bought it from are renting ours. This made for a hectic situation where we were swapping houses on the same day. Tim Krupp gave us an estimate and was very accommodating based on short notice (we met with him a few days before the move) His crew was on time, polite and overall great to talk to. My wife sells real estate and we have heard stories of movers that did not do so well. We will definitely be referring Krupp moving to people in the future. Excellent work.

They showed up on time, and even though they were short handed, the owner was there picking up boxes and furniture. They hustled the entire time and got the job done quickly and right. Helped disassemble and reassemble a bunkbed, and in general did a great job for my family. Would definitely use again.

This was the best move we have ever had. James, Rod and Jason were professional, friendly, really careful and moved us quickly and efficiently. I was amazed how well they did and how they put everything where we wanted it and set up everything. The whole move only too 4 hours. I couldn't believe it they could move so fast and do such a great job.

Jared and Jason moved ur furniture and other large items from one home to another. They were very professional and careful with the furniture, as well as courteous and friendly. They showed up on time, worked hard and steadily, and we certainly got our money's worth. Would hire again - but hope this is our last move .

Only 2 guys moving them... 1 very nice and could do job ok. Rest were pretty rude. When only the two of them felt my husband needed to help so they could move things without hurting themselves or furniture. Low regard to furniture and walls. Good thing is they do carry insurance and owners responded to complaints.
