+ -1 moreNever use this agency. Their agents are uneducated, and they refuse to do their job. In my experience with them all they want to do is simply collect their paychecks and commission and do as little work as possible.
Description of Work: Hal Franks Realty is a joke. I wasn't even a seller with them, I was a buyer with another agency and thanks to Hal Franks and his team of agents it has cost me getting into our new house 3 times now due to the selling agent not wanting to do his job. It took him 3 weeks to send 1 single piece of paper to my agent and his excuse for it was his office manager was out of the office. Pure junk for professionalism. If you're smart stay away from this agency. They're terrible as far as every aspect of their jobs.
