Came when they said; did a very good job with the installation; and they found an issue with the original exhaust piping that could have been a health and safety issue....and made the new repair. Did the extra work quickly and treated me very fairly in price for the unexpected additional work. Thank you ARCH.

Rich was quick to respond to the questions asked, verified the problem was what I said, arrived exactly when he said he would, looked at problem and gave a quote, got the part and did the repair in 10 minutes, and the quote was the price I paid. Rich was a good guy, and was very knowledgeable about water heaters and brands. I really appreciated that he was available not just 8am-5pm Mon-Fri, but was able to help us out on the Saturday our hot water heater decided not to work.
