His service was fine; he kept it simple and was helpful in answering my questions. He didn't have to replace the water heater, all it needed was a new heating element. We set an appt to do some further work to improve how the water heater was set up in the past. A 4 is a very good rating .

He was very good, but didn't return a couple of calls in a timely fashion.

Rich did what he said, with in the time frame. My bathroom looks great. I am going to use his service moving my washer and dryer up stairs. He will be installing both in my bathroom. Great job. The clean up wasn't bad but could have been a little better. I trusted Rich and left him and his crew alone during the swap out. He is very trustworthy. Something I needed at this time. With the wife as ill as she is. Thanks Rich.

Rich installed a garbage disposal. He was on time, competitive, his work was well done. He went out of his way to help me. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone.

He did not do the job in the amount of time he originally quoted on a Amish house turning English. He used a couple of my items without prior approval. Because so much time elapsed from original time to when he started work, placement of items in the bathroom were not correct. Even after he rearranged, the toilet was still not where it was meant to be. He did not communicate why he didn't start when he said, nor when he would start. He damaged our hardwood floor when he used the woodburning stove without my permission. He offered no repair, etc. Out of aggravation we fired him.

I was completely satisfied with the work that this company did for me. He was very professional they located and diagnosed some problems and were very fair with price..
