LUTZ CONSTRUCTION

After i positive first conversation with the head of operations, Bob, all continued communications were atrocious. I went 2-3 weeks without getting a return phone call (despite leaving numerous messages and attempted calls to their main business line) to find out why a construction worker had not yet been out to my home to evaluate my chimneys as Bob had promised they would within 24hrs of speaking with him. Once I did receive a call back, Bob was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional in both the way he handled my business as a customer and our interactions as individuals. I was told that due to my rudeness (ie. calling multiple times) my fees would be more expensive than they would have been without bothering his company. I was told that a worker had been to my home as promised (a blatant lie) and that he was in no hurry to provide any real service to me as a customer. I have not interacted with such disrespectful workers in my life and refuse to proceed with this company for work done to my chimneys or other home repairs.
