+ -1 moreJimmy installed the two walls as instructed and was supposed to put caps on top we paid for 68 caps to be put on top of the walls when he was completed. Jimmy did not finish the job he only put on 35 caps and took the rest with him. The caps cost $6.12 each. Jimmy also took with him about 8 retaining wall blocks with him that I paid for they were $7.82 each. On the fire pit, the fire ring was supposed to be centered, it is off about ten inches and he was supposed to put re bar in the rail road ties to keep them in place he told us that he would do that , he never did. I have tried calling Jimmy several times its to the point that he is avoiding my phone calls. Jimmy did no full fill our contract and I feel what he did was theft. I would not hire him for nothing and I recommend any one thinking of hiring him to think twice he is a thief and con man.
Description of Work: On 08-24-2015 we hired Jimmy Curtis to install two retaining walls and install a fire pit.
