Mr. Feltz was thorough, honest, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain things and went as far as to make sure if we had any questions, not to hesitate to call him. Amazing service from start to after finish. I would definitely recommend him for others.

His inspection save me a lot of headache and unknowns down the road. Inspected the place top to bottom. Very professional. He provided me with feedback (because I was a potential home owner that asked 1000 questions) What I liked the most was he never offered an option. Just facts. Everything explained so I understood. He took amazing photos and provided a detailed report with photos to back it up. I was able to ask the home owner for a few repairs to be made. Things I would never had known needed done. The report also offers suggestions on things that should be done in order to not have issues down the road. So from the roof to the craw space And everything in between I know what I am getting. Price point was really good for my area. I got my money's worth!

The inspection lasted about 45 minutes to an hour, which I am glad they were as detailed as they could get-with the weather not being the greatest to check everything-like air conditioning. But they did check and asked permission from sellers to check behind the breaker box-which was very important and I am so glad they took that extra step instead of pushing aside. I am very pleased and sorry I took so long to get on Angie's list to write this review. Mr. Feltz was very prompt on emailing all the findings, resolutions, and pictures not only to me, but to my agent and my brother-in-law. What is also nice, Feltz Home Inspection is local and I didn't have to have someone from Dayton or Columbus to come here. Thanks Feltz Home- I highly recommend you.

Being a first time home buyer, the process of understanding what needs done to a property to keep it habitable and safe is overwhelming if you don't have a background in the subject. They were polite, knowledgeable and extremely professional. On top of all this, the report they sent back to me in just over a day was one of the most professional reports I've read in a long time (included HD pictures of every concern).
