called for service, said he would be out 3 days, each time no showed us and no call either. Once said he was on his way and never showed up again nor did he call !

Came out late on a holiday to get our water back on. Very fast. Did an awesome job.

Got the work done quickly and done right! They will be on my permanent call list.

Whenever the Branham Brothers do work, it is always perfect!

i called on monday to setup up a time. left some basic info so he could call me back later in the day to setup up a time. called back a few hours later and setup a time late tuesday for the work to be completed. tuesday at 5 i receieve a call that they wouldn't be able to make it. rescheduled for thursday. thursday at 5 got a call that they wouldn't be able to make it. rescheduled for friday. they showed up around 5 PM on Friday. I had 4 issues or concerns that i wanted looked into. 2 different sections of pipe weren't supported properly, 1 drain was leaking quite badly and a sump pump was connected with a fitting that was a significantly different size. they fixed 1 of the sections of pipe and re-attached the leaking drain. didn't address the second length of pipe or the fitting issue. so the old problem was when a sump pump would turn on, it would spray water in the crawl space; now when a sump pump turns on, it fills the tub with sump water. I think this place is actually a one man shop who means well but is just overbooked and overworked. on the phone he seemed like a stand up guy trying to do his best but he's just stretched too thin and it showed in the quality of the work i got

Branham Brothers...completely dependable, reliable, and honest!

The drains in our home started backing up and my husband and father-in-law had been working on getting it fixed for three days. Finally we decided we needed a plumber. When we called Branham Bros, they arrived within Fifteen minutes! They worked on the drain for about two hours and finally got it cleared. They were professional and we felt comfortable having them in our home. The only thing I could critique about the service would be that the machine they used splattered some debris on our walls. It came off easily and they did make some attempt to clean the more obvious mess on the floor. We were also happy that they did not overcharge! $150 for a flushing toilet is fair in my book! Thanks Branham Bros!
