+ -1 moreCOMMERICIAL RESIDENTIAL SERVICE CO came quickly when service was needed. Don came the day before the heat wave to check my parent's defunct AC unit. He was hoping that it only needed charged up with freon but found out that was not the problem. He told us that the unit needed to be replaced. He said that he may be back later that day with the replacement or for sure the next day. Later he called to let us know that he would come the next morning. He was here by 8 and had the new unit up and running by 10. I have used this company for many years and once for whole house AC/Furnace replacement and Jim and his crew are punctual, clean, honest and dependable. I will definitely use this company again for any HVAC or electrical issue that come up in the future.

+ -1 moreJim has been very helpful and saved me a lot of money with my daughter's furnace. I trust him to be honest. He came when he said he would and did not leave any mess.
Description of Work: I have had problems with an air conditioner, installed by Gorjanc. They were not handling the problem to my satisfaction, so I asked Jim to check it out. He checked out the system, added freon, and checked for obvious leaks. He also cleaned the system. He said he would come back and check it in 2 weeks to see how much the freon was down at no extra charge. Last winter when Gorjanc said my daughter needed a new furnace, Jim discovered that the problem was wasp nests in the exhaust area.
