Lou was patient with all my questions and very knowledgeable about which heating and cooling system would be the right fit for my home. His techs, Chad & Zach, were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable as well. If you are looking for a reasonably priced HVAC company that has great customer service, I recommend Two Seasons Heating & Cooling. ...and they even clean up when they’re done!

Description of Work: I'm not rating them on actual work performed, because work was not performed. What I am taking a minute to rate them on is the fact that this guy doesn't appreciate that I have a number of other estimates scheduled this week in addition to him (I'm looking to get central air in my house). Once he found out I have other companies scheduled to come out he got a little whiny saying he didn't want to waste his time coming out if I'm "shopping for a price." I would think a smart consumer WOULD take the time to price different companies and also get to know the reps from those companies. I'm not picking the company with the lowest price, but that's one aspect I'm taking into consideration. I simply didn't appreciate the way he spoke to me and I will not be getting an estimate from him. I'm sure he does great work, but in order to get new customers, you probably shouldn't put the vibe out that potential new customers are wasting your time.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. Mark is a very nice professional young man who knows his craft well. He is in contact with his boss, Lou, the minute he feels he needs advise. Lou follows up on Mark's work with a phone call and makes sure that we received topnotch service. Lou has kept our old furnace up and running for years. He returns all calls promptly no matter how busy he is. Lou also takes the time to explain everything and has passed that ability on to his staff. It is a pleasure to deal with them.
Description of Work: Our furnace had stopped working. We had been having problems with the gas company and water in our gas lines. The gas company did their job, but we were still not getting heat. Technician Mark came out promptly on schedule and he proceeded to investigate the problem. It was actually our thermostat. Mark helped select one that is very easy to use and easy to read. He did a very nice installation, and we have heat again.

Description of Work: I use Two Seasons Heating & Cooling. I had a problem with a part that gave out while under warranty and a guy just came out to fix it. They ended up replacing the coil unit.
