It went very well. He called ahead to get directions, which was a good thing because he only had my old address, not the new. He was very thorough and very friendly and explained his results in a very clear and concise language. He also gave me an rough estimate of how much it would cost to update.

He was very efficent and professional.

I had three different estimates for this job (among other jobs), and although Streb was the highest, it was still very competitive. He was the most professional and most thorough throughout when we got the estimates. When the electricians came to do the job, they were on time, friendly, professional, and charged me price stated on the estimate. There were no surprises and everything went smoothly.

I was in search of a local certified electrician. After reading the reviews on Angie's list for Streb Electric, I called to set the appointment. Bill called the day prior to the appointment to confirm and see about adjusting the time a little. Both conversations were pleasant and gave me hope that this would all go well. He called when he was on the way as promised and arrived within the timeframe we set. I explained that the electric baseboard heater was no longer working and I had ruled out something related to the breaker. He explained the steps he would take to get to the root of the problem and welcomed questions . . . that was a great beginning. He followed the steps and determined several things were part of the problem including the thermostat. He did a nice job of explaining what he needed to do including run out to get some parts. He promptly returned, finished the work, cleaned up and took care of the paper work. Job well done!

They were good. They installed the fan all right. They did a good cleanup. It was a snowy day and they were fine.

I called early the morning after the damage occurred. Mr. Streb was out within the hour to give me an estimate. Because of the danger resulting from the ripped and exposed lines, he had a crew out that same day. Two men worked for several hours. They repaired all the damage in a neat and workmanlike manner. I have had no problems with their work since it was done. Mr. Streb and the workman were polite. They clearly explained everything that was being done, were responsive to all my questions, and were accurate in their estimate of the time to do the work. The area was completely cleaned up and they took their refuse with them. They needed to go into the house several times during the repair. On each occasion, they covered their boots and were generally respectful of the contents in the house. I will use them in the future for all my electrical work.

I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with their rep Heidi. We scheduled an appointment for the owner "Bill" to come out and give an estimate on Friday evening between 5 and 5:30. The time was the only one available and completely at Heidi's suggestion. Bill did not arrive at the appointed time. He called at 5:30 to say he was still working and did not expect to be finished for a few hours. No apology for having me arrange my Friday around his visit, etc. He asked if I'd be available on Sunday. I said no. I have no interest in doing business with excuse-makers.

They do great work! I thought the price was a little high, but I did get a discount for being an Angie's List member. They cleaned up very nicely, were very professional, and I would definitely recommend them!

They did a good job and worked pretty quickly. Their prices were right in the middle. They cleaned up perfectly and wore footies in my house. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. They're a good company!

They were great. They did good work. They were absolutely clean and it was great. I liked those guys. As far as his work and cleaning up I thought he was very good. I would use them again, of course.

I had some wall sconces replaced. Nice job, cleaned up after themselves and explained the problems they encountered in full.

Bill Streb was very punctual he performed all the work and his staff always called when they entered the house and when they left. They cleaned up after themselves. He always returned phone calls. It was a very nice experience

Called the office and set up an estimate appointment. Bill provided a written estimate at the appointment. I had them wait a couple of weeks to do the job since I was having a stamped concrete patio installed were the work would be done. They worked with my schedule and completed the work when they said they would. I am pleased.

They arrived on time and were very professional. They answered all of my questions and explained everything that they were doing and why. We found a few other things which they just went ahead and fixed for me. They were very friendly and courteous. I will use them in the future as my electric guys!

The 2 man crew showed up when expected, then reviewed with me the work I had ordered. They went right to work on the electrical items I needed fixed and added. Rich and Bert answered my questions about some of the work being done, also got my feedback as they progressed with the job. They completed the work in a timely manor and cleaned up any debris. I am very happy with the quality of Streb Electric, this is the second time I have used them for work on my house. I will definitely use them for future electrical work.

Bill did an excellent job. We originally had the appointment scheduled for a Thursday however Bill was working on a big job that he had to finish so he offered a Saturday service which he doesn't typically do. We were having our baby shower that Sunday so we greatly appreciated his effort to get the babies room all wrapped up. We will definitely call bill for future services, he was very professional and left the rooms clean and tidy.

Replaced a worn switch in family room Replaced a 2 prong plug with a 4 plug outlet in the basement Traced and labeled everything in the panel box by testing every circuit. Vacuumed the work area Outstanding work from Bill and Jason. My dogs and cat were petted and were comfortable with them moving around the house.

Everything was done according to plan and on time. Some changes that we wanted were included as the work progressed and because of those the final cost dropped by several hundred dollars. Streb is the third different electrician that we have had do work in our house. The first came, gave us a price and then sent someone else to do a shoddy job. The second guy didn't fill us with confidence, but now we have found our electrician for the future if we ever need one again. I would absolutely recommend Streb Electric for any work that needs to be done.

Very easy to talk to, didn't talk down or insist on adding on more than we wanted as others have tried.

Everything went very well. Two kitchen outlets had the tile expanded to fit the larger GFCI units. Everything was very professionally done. would have no hesitation to hire again.

Could not get him to come out and give estimate.
