Bill was responsive and arrived on time on the 4 or 5 times he has been to our house. He is friendly and professional - he'll even wear booties over his shoes to keep your floors clean. No complaints, and no hesitation to call back (but not too soon, I hope)

The owner, Bill Streb was extremely professional. Every time he went in and out of the house, he put on booties although our house was a disaster and it wasn’t necessary, but he still did that. He and his son who is his apprentice both arrived at the time that they said they would arrive. It took as much time as he said it would take. He made recommendations on the different sub-panels. He gave us the information, and then we were able to do our own research and determine if that was what we wanted to use, which we did. He gave us all the brochures and everything that go with our electrical boxes so that we could keep that information if we ever needed it. He got the building permit. The building inspector came and everything went very well. He communicated really well. We had another person come out to give us an estimate and that person was not a good communicator; he kind of talked down to me because I am a woman. I wanted to talk about the sub-panels and he wanted to talk more about decorative lighting, and that was not at all what he was here to do. So needless to say, we did not hire him. We plan to use Streb Electric again in the future.

We called Bill Streb for a quote on Monday, and they made an appointment to come over to give us an estimate on Thursday evening. They never showed up or called to cancel. We never heard from them again. I can't tell you anything about their price or quality of work as they never showed up. We called another electrician to do the work.

The work was very professionally completed. I would certainly recommend this company.

They are very clean, friendly, and are prompt. I trust them in my home when I am at work. They did a great job on my home in Mentor, Ohio.

My daughters home is over 60 years old and has a number of electrical issues. I am helping her refurbish the home and needed help with several electrical jobs. Used Angie's List to select Streb Electrical, a locally owned and operated business. They came to the house to see the work to be done and gave me an estimate. We set a day for the work to be done - they arrived on time and did an excellent job on all the work. The final cost was right on the estimate. I recommend Streb Electrical highly.

My original appointment was on 11/16. However, when they came to install the ceiling light on 11/16, it was discovered that the light was defective and had to be returned to customer service and a replacement light sent to me. Streb talked to customer service while I had them on the phone and assisted in helping me identify which part was defective and arranged with customer service to have the light picked up by UPS and have a replacement light sent to me as soon as possible (Streb was very helpful in getting me a replacement light). Once it arrived, they returned promptly on 11/30 to install my new ceiling light. It looks great in our kitchen --- thanks Streb for your help!

It was overall a very good experience. They called to let us know they were on their way and arrived on time. They got right to work and finished quickly. They cleaned up well when the work was completed. They also noticed that the dryer was not wired correctly. Showed us what was wrong and fixed it at no extra cost.

We hired STREB ELECTRIC to repair the outside lighting system on our house, which was completed to our total satisfaction and in a timely matter. There is no doubt, that we shall recommend this company to all friends for any electrical work.

Brought wiring up to code. All work was completed in one day. Verry professional service.

Streb Electric connected electricity from Electrical box (on North Side of house), through attic, to outside on south side of house. Three professional workers arrived and they dug a trench and placed a post in yard. They ran electric to the post for new above ground pool. They made sure we had as many outlets as we might need for the pump, heater, lighting and even installed extra at base of house. All outdoor outlets were covered and grounded. Our pool heater arrived the same day and Bill Streb hard wired that in, although it wasn't originally planned. We hadn't planned it, because, being novices with swimming pools we weren't aware this would need to be done. Bill Streb took this right in stride and took care of it without complaint. He didn't say we'd need another appointment to accomplish the unexpected task. He just took care of it. In addition Bill Streb, replaced rusted conduit at peak of roof. All work was done with great care and they even placed a cloth down to put dirt from trench on until after the town inspected the work and the dirt could be replaced into the trench. All work was accomplished in one day and Bill and his workers were friendly, hard working and professional. They explained what they were doing along the way with the utmost patience. They made sure everything was cleaned up and that we were happy before they left.

Streb Electric highly recommended at eye doctor's office. Came over right away to assess work, give estimate. Professional, clean, explained panel, left city's approval sheet, and panel instruction-info. Gave us parting gift as a thank you for using Streb Elecric.

He operates usually by himself and does very good work. He is honest, professional and cleans up after each project. If I have an electrical problem I always call Streb.

My house is an older one and I didn?t have the right kind of outlets. They came out when they said they would. They also called me to tell me that they were on their way. The quote that they gave me was exactly what they charged for the work. They were good and very professional. They also cleaned up after themselves. I had another company give me a quote initially that was higher.
