I contacted them to get an estimate and they never responded to me.

Harold, the owner, has a very good crew of workers that follow his instructions to complete the job to our satisfaction. He's so involved to getting things right for us, that he oversee everything, from start to finish. We are very happy on how things turned out. It just took a bit of time to complete all the work because they are busy. They'll do more then expected to complete satisfaction.

This is the first time that we contracted anyone to paint our house. We explained our situation about the amount of time we had for the job to be completed and the expectations were met. We were told if would be done within 4 weeks and it was. The crew was great. They showed up on time and didn't waste time. They all had a job to do and they did it. They were there for 3 days. Three very hot days. They were all very professional, polite, and did a really great job . I would highly recommend their services. I liked the way they walked around the house to make sure everything was cleaned up and took care to store the equipment for the next day. Very good job. My husband and I are very pleased with the work that was done.

No work performed

On 08/25/2014 I called this company and said yes I would like to go forward with the garage work. He said call his office and leave my name and number and he would set a date when we could go over the work we wanted to do. However. two weeks later my husband passed away and that took precedence over any major projects until this spring. I did ask Harold if he could replace my rural mailbox before winter set in and he was able to accommodate me and they did an excellent job. On 04/16/2015 I called Shiloh painting again with the idea that now we could get a written proposal together for repairing my garage of the drywall, peeling paint etc. Harold stated that at that time he had a 3 week lag time and that I Email him with a description of what I wanted done. I sent the email the same evening. On 05/11/2015 after I heard nothing from the company I called again and Harold answered stating he hadn't viewed the email from 04/16/2015, but that he would look at the email and get back to me ASAP, so we could get this job done. As of this review (07/08/2015) I have heard nothing from the company and can only assume that he is busy and doesn't want to do this job. Today I began anew looking for an expert painter who does home repairs.

There was an approximate one month waiting period from the time we first discussed this job and the date when the mailbox was installed because Shiloh Painting had to fit me in among his other jobs. Harolds team actually made two trips to complete the work because first there was a part missing from the manufacturer of the mailbox that had to be reordered. and then the weather was an issue as it began snowing early in October last year. But this company did an excellent job of putting up the mailbox. I would certainly recommend them to others!

The garage is now beautiful! Harold, the owner, was very helpful in describing the job to be done. He answered any questions and was accommodating with the scheduling of the job. The workers, Andy and Craig, were very professional and skillful in their craft. They cleaned up the area after each day's work. They did a fabulous job of changing the garage interior from "unfinished" to "beautiful"!! I highly recommend Shiloh Painting and Home Services to anyone looking for a top-notch job for your money!

I believed the job was wildly overpriced. Unfortunately, I was desperate to get the job done at the time and they were the most responsive and dependable. And they were extremely professional. Also, they were in and out quickly. If their price was better, I'd use them again. When we reviewed the final job together, I was very pleased. The only reason I gave them a B on quality is because soon after they finished, I noticed some cracks in the painted walls they were supposed to repair. The quality of the paint job overall was an A. The bottom line is, if your back is up against the wall and you need a quality paint job done quickly, this is the company for you. But you're going to pay for it!

We had leak in ceiling of downstairs bathroom which was getting worse. They opened the ceiling and determined the leak was from the upstairs toilet. While the ceiling was open they also replaced a nonworking exhaust fan. The leak was repaired. Ceiling was closed, re-plastered, and repainted. They were able to open and close the corner of the ceiling while protecting the existing wallpaper. Water damage was evident in the electronics cupboard in a different room. They repaired, re-plastered, and repainted the walls and ceiling as well as the entire inside of the cupboard. Each member of the crew was polite, professional, and worked quietly and unobtrusively. They were very good at leaving the work area clean at the end of each day. They checked to be certain that all was to our satisfaction. Thank you very much for a job well done!

They were very courteous and neat. They did everything just the way it should be done. They are working on the home next door and everything they are doing looks really good. I would highly recommend him. If I need some work done I would certainly give him a call.

I have been a renter for the last 7 years at this address and my landlord has hired Shiloh Painting and Home Services many times for her home improvement needs and once again, as always, they did a fabulous job- the house looks beautiful. One of the things that makes this company stand out from all the other companies I've dealt with in the past is that they always go above and beyond what they are asked to do. For example, Harold, who is the owner of Shiloh and who has always been present on every job, fixed my toilet when he noticed it wasn't flushing properly. This was such a pleasant surprise. Having lived in several other rental properties prior to the one I reside in now, I have been exposed to, and have seen the craftsmanship of, many home improvement companies and none compare to Shiloh. Their craftsmanship is impeccable due not only to a true knowledge of their trade but also to a sense of professionalism and an attention to detail that results in an end-product of top-rate quality. Besides the excellent work they do, I'm also impressed by the fact that Shiloh is committed to offering great customer service. Harold, the owner, is friendly, courteous and respectful. He consistently kept the lines of communication open by informing me every step of the way as to what they would be working on and when. In addition to this, they were punctual and cleaned up at the end of the day. From the beginning of a home improvement project to the end, Shiloh Painting and Home Services is a very organized, professionally run business and I highly recommend them.

It was a wonderful experience. He was there on time and did good work. He always came to me when he and any questions and cleaned up after himself very nicely. The people who were working with him were very well trained. They were considerate, quiet and did what they were supposed to do. They have also been out to do exterior work on our aluminum siding that was badly damaged by wind. I was impressed that he was even able to fix it. He has also done some interior plaster repair and painting over it. He did such a good job with the damaged area, you can't even tell where the new plaster is.

They were very respectful. The most impressive thing was the owner of the company was involved from day one. The owner gave not only the estimate but also lots of feedback. He kept he touch with my phone calls and always called back. He is always available and answering his phone.

They gave us an estimate one day, and we hired them. They showed up the next day, and started work. They were incredibly polite, and extremely professional. The price was very reasonable for the work they did, and the results were great. We have several smaller paint and plaster projects in the house, and I won't bother calling anyone else for estimates. These guys are great!

They were friendly, professional, and respectful. They informed us of each step of the process. They went the extra mile.

Excellent. Very professional and courteous. Well organized in setting up all areas to be worked on. I especially was impressed by the neatness at the end of every day they worked. They were very punctual and worked continuously. I would recommend them to anyone.
