+ -1 moreDONN ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED AND ON TIME. HE WAS PLEASANT AND EXPLAINED NOT ONLY WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HOW HE WAS MAKING THE REPAIR, BUT OFFERED OTHER HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS IN CARING FOR MY NEW BATH TUB. REPAIRED TUB FREE OF CHARGE AS PART OF MY HOME WARRANTY.
