RJK do first-class, professional work at all times. For this project, they removed all of our old gutters and downspouts on our house and installed new gutters, downspouts and Leaf Relief gutter guards to keep leaves and other debris out. The work done was excellent, done by two of RJK's great employees, and the entire area cleaned up afterward. They had previously done a complete roofing job on our house several years ago. We would most definitely use their services again.

After finding numerous gutter and downspout issues in our new home, I called RJK to figure out what to do. Their sales manager, Greg Pike, was at our house the very next day and explained all of my options and pros and cons of each to make the right decision. While talking I mentioned our upstairs had been unusually hotter than the rest of the house. Greg inspected the attic and was able to recommend an option to replace the roof vent at a much lower cost than the options I was considering. It's a good thing he made that inspection too - he found a leak in the vent through the roof I never would have found until it was too late! Their crew was at our house by the end of the week, and was highly efficient and professional - they did a great job and perfectly installed everything, and left the site cleaner than when they arrived. Overall I would recommend RJK without any reservation for any home construction needs - great service, high quality products, and all at a reasonable price.

We had a leak in roof they came & sealed it for the winter then came back to reroof took extra care to ensure no further issues with chimney great company from start to finish!

They were supposed to have cleaned the yard, get the nails off and stuff. They did not do the backyard. The guy came out to do the backyard, but I still have found nails, not a lot. They did a pretty good job. That would be the only thing. The roof looks fantastic. They did a great job with it. I think we got a fair price. They were really good and timely about giving me the estimate and everything. My only comment would be they could do a little bit better job of cleaning up the yard.

They came & went into my attic & took pictures of boards & venting. He then presented to us. No pressure, just info. Very thorough. Impressive & courteous. They removed od roof. The next day they followed up to finish & the following day inspected again with the new roof.

The process overall went very well. Our initial contact was with Greg Pike. He was timely, professional and punctual. He was also very knowledgeable and helped us make the right decisions. Greg Tomasic was the project manager. He was very thorough in the pre and post-inspections of the project. He let us know exactly what was going to happen during the roof replacement. Finally, Tom, the foreman, and his team did a great job executing the project. Everyone was punctual, worked incredibly hard and answered all of my questions. They also did a fantastic job of keeping the job site clean through the project. Overall, this was a very expensive project. But throughout the process, we felt that we got value for our money. We are very happy with the results and are now ready for winter!

I have to say that I am impressed with their work and professionalism. I would hire them again. To be fair to other consumers I wanted to let people know that RJK Construction is responsive to their customers after the job has been performed. I have had to call them back twice. The first time was to let them know that the flat roofing that they installed over my three season porch had lifted allowing water leaked to leak into the interior of my home. They used a foam board which was supposed to direct the water away from the house to the rain gutters on all three sides of the porch. That didn't work and the rain collects in small pools at the center of the roof, eventually the material at the center of the roof and it failed. Greg sent a team out to repair the roof immediately. The flat roofing material on the three season porch still curls and lifts at the edges which worries me but Greg said that that wouldn't hurt anything. It was still doing its job and that it hasn't cased any damage. And it hasn't. Recently, I've had to have a carpenter come out to replace two window sills that that had failed. The carpenter told me that there had to be a reason for these sill to have rotted and traced it up to the tops of the windows where he discovered that they siders forgot to put flashing behind the fypon (decorative moulding at the tops of my windows). I called Greg immediately and he came out looked at it and is scheduling a crew to come out and put flashing behind the fypon. My carpenter was impressed that RJK was still responsive to customers after this much time has passed. I am too. Unfortunately it has cost us $1,350 to fix the windows. So, all-in-all... RJK stands behind their work.

Outstanding, on the job every day, very professional and efficient, cared for my yard!

Greg Pike was the sales person and did a very good job of specing the job, and delivering the quote in person. RJK furnished three Velux skylights and the flashing. They removed the old skylights and installed the third in about five hours on a Saturday. Very clean job, left no mess whatsoever. Greg did an excellent job matching shingles! The installers did a very good job of installing the flashing and re-roofing. As an added plus, the crew was very polite and careful not to damage anything. I would certainly have them do any roof work without any worries. They were about $2,000 less than a local competitor.

It went fabulous from the day Greg the salesman showed up to the completion. We had the types of siding already picked out but Greg took his time with us and made some great suggestions and recommendations. They did everything that he promised an on time they even started ahead of schedule and completed sooner than he expected. The install crew of Master craftsmen Jack and Pete the perfectionist were fabulous. They worked like dogs in extreme heat. They showed up everyday, without missing one day. Unlike some contractors that start many jobs at once and only work a few days on each, Jack and Pete worked 15 days straight. I was never a real fan of vinyl siding until I saw what RJK did with Jack, Pete, Greg the foreman and Greg the salesman did for my wife Kathy and me. The house looks like a brand new home. I own a HVAC business and I know what it takes to make customers happy and rest assured RJK and their fantastic crew also knows the same thing. When it comes to siding I would only recommend RJK company.

He was very thorough. He went up the attic and talked about ventilation. He was wonderful. He felt confident with him. He took pictures inside the attic and ventilation.

First they came out to give me an estimate and then I chose them to do the work and they put a new roof on the house. They pulled off the old one, put on new gutters and everything was fine with that. I spent about $13000.

RJK came out and gave us a quote in a timely fashion and there price was much lower than a large roofing company in Mentor. The deciding factor for me was before we even signed a contract. One of their sales managers came to the house at about 10:00PM during a thunderstorm, amidst the rain, thunder and lighting he went up on the roof and covered a leaky skylight with a tarp that he brought from his house. Once the project started, it went very smoothly. The foreman who was running the job site had his men working diligently to complete the job. Also, the Production Manager stopped in a few times each of the days the work was being done to make sure everything was running smoothly. This was the second time we have used RJK Construction Co. and we were very pleased with both experiences.

Quote process was very prompt, thorough, and professional - in writing. Agreed upon schedule was maintained. Contacted before work began to provide information of process, procedures, systems, and precautions to avoid damage. Given name of supervisor assigned to the team doing the work. Team arrived on time, secured the area, protected landscaping. Supervisor introduced himself and all work requests and questions were directed to and handled very professionally by the supervisor. This procedure avoided problems, confusions, and misunderstanding. At the end of each day, things were organized and cleared away if appropriate. All debris was removed. At the end of the project, an inspection team checked for all debris to be certain none was left behind. Large handled magnets were used to assure that all metal debris was removed. Quality of the work was outstanding. After a few days, a manager scheduled a meeting to review any questions or concerns. Only one minor caulking area was requested for improvement and it was done immediately and properly at no extra charge. Would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone who asked. After reviewing several quotes, we requested recent references which were promptly provided. Those references gave similarly glowing endorsements. Additionally, someone we knew had used them recently and that was the reason we requested their quote. The detailed quote was reviewed by a family friend who was a retired contractor with roofing experience. He was very comfortable with the materials and the price.

The work was done promptly professional. We ran into additional problems and options and solutions were provided along with price points.
