MR. MOVER

Tony and his crew of 2 men performed their job in a highly professional manner. They arrived on time, quickly went to work and completed all of the work in an efficient manner. The antique secretary desk once belonged to my husband's great grandparents. It looks beautiful in our home! Approximately 3 years ago, I called Mr. Mover one morning to see if they could move my daughter from an apartment to a home. My daughter originally contracted with another company that cancelled on her the morning of her move! After she had taken a day off work! Mr.Mover came to the rescue that day. I will not use any other moving company. They are the best!

Showed up on time, very pleasant, took their job seriously. Very careful with fragile items. Knew all the rules about moving from apartment complex.

This indivdual (Tony) was very pleasant when he returned our call. He did not feel that there was a need for him to make a site visit to prepare an estimate, but he did express a willingness to do so if we asked. His price of $99.00 per hour, for three men and a truck, seemed reasonable and was actually less than the mover that we eventually selected.

Overall the move when as smooth as silky. The crew were very hard working and very efficient. They knew exactly what they were doing. If I ever have the need to move again Tony will get a call from me. I will also highly recommend them.

Three Mr. Mover employees showed up on time, quickly and efficiently moved the treadmill and helped me dispose of the packing which the treadmill had arrived in. I would definitely use Mr. Mover again.

It was an excellent experience. This is the 2nd time that we have used Mr. Mover, the first of which was the move from the house to the apartment. They arrived on time (as they did the first time). They reviewed what needed to be done. Then they laid out drop cloths and pads on the floors, so as not to leave a mess or dirt. They have an excellent communication system with each other, as they move items throughout the hosue. They disassembled/reassembled furniture as needed. When they moved a large item into a room, they said that they would move it to another wall, if it didn't look right. Throughout the whole process, they were professional, courteous, friendly, helpful with suggestions, all with a sense of humor. Because my family and I had underestimated how much we had, Mr. Mover had another truck in the area that had just completed a job. He requested that they come and assist with the truck and man power. This greatly facilitated the move. We were extremely pleased with their work. We would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

They were timely, very professional, competent, and very thorough. I appreciated the way they moved things, they were very careful and efficient. They came in, got to work and completed the job in about 8 hours. I had no complaints, I was a very pleased, nothing was broken.

Mr. Mover was very prompt in responding to my call. They were able to move my Mother on the date we needed and even suggested we move on a Monday to save over the week-end rates. We actually did decide to move on a Monday to save a little. The gentlemern who moved her were on time, extremely careful with wrapping furniture and moving it. They were fast while being careful with belongings. Both men were pleasant and hardworking. We truly appreciated their efforts and have already recommended them to friends. Thanks for a job well-done!!!!

They scheduled our move right away when we wanted it. Two people showed up on the date on time. It took them 30 minutes to move the bed out of the house into the truck. They were courteous and professional.

We were moving my mom from her house to an assisted living facility. I was ill on the day of the move and could not be there to coordinate. My wife and daughter went. The movers were extremely courteous and helpful to them. They moved a bedroom set, sofa, chair, TV and other small items. The men then went to the assisted living facility and set everything up. My wife and daughter were very impressed with their professionalism.

I love Mr. Mover. They are very efficient and really careful with the fragile pieces of furniture. They are very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We got quotes from different people and I liked his rates. They were outstanding. They were so careful in moving everything. I was so pleased. I would highly recommend them.

They were prompt, although arriving with 2 men instead of the arranged 3. However, after 1-2 hours, two more men arrived and I was not charged for the 4th man. They worked very well together communicating amongst them to avoid collisions. We had some minor furniture casualties, but it was all older and likely would have happened to anyone (small stool broke, already broken but repaired desk drawer broke again - nothing that surprised or upset me).

It went as well or better than expected. The men were cautious, neat and careful. Could not have asked for a better small move.

Scott, Clayton and The Helper (as he called himself :) were scheduled to arrive in Warrensville at 9am. They got there at approximately 915. The original agreement was for 2 movers but they brought a third at no addtl charge. The team had the truck loaded and secured in exactly 30 minutes. Their teamwork was exceptional. Communication was superb. Part 2 at the Cleveland location was done in 5 minutes once we had arrived. Part 3 (Euclid location 1) was more challenging because the stairs were very tight. Everything was put into place except the mattress box spring. They even took the front door off hoping to get a better angle but no luck (had to buy a split box). They were so skilled with getting the sofa bed up the stairs and into the 2nd bedroom that I literally clapped after they did it! Fortunately the building manager (Part 4) had already locked an elevator for us so moving the bed from the condo to the apartment was a breeze. With total travel time we clocked in 3 hours. Nice job

Tony indicated that they would arrive and 9:00 a.m. and they were there at 9:00 AM. He and one other person surveyed what items that were going to be loaded into the truck. They worked together smoothly. They have signals for going up and down the stairs and in going in and out of the house, to make the process more efficient. They were very careful, extremely polite, and professional. When we arrived at the apartment, they carefully moved everything into her apartment on the second floor. Again, they had a coordinated way to move her items, which was very efficient. They were easy to talk to; and interaction and communication with them, during the entire move, was excellent.

They provided 3 men and a 15 foot truck and were able to squeeze her into their schedule so that she could get moved on a particular day. When the crew was running behind, they kept in contact to let us know when to expect them. They were very professional and began working immediately. They showed great care in moving everything. When it came time to figure up the final bill, they were very conservative when it came to the travel time. They were worth every penny that we paid in addition to the tip we gladly gave to them. I would recommend them very highly.

Called to get estimate and lock in date for move. Tony answered first call and said he would return my call later. No call back. I called again and left a voice-mail message. No call back.

They were late by 25-30 min. The development they had to come to was new and not on the map so they were lost. They did a very good job of loading the truck. They moved the furniture out of a three bedroom house including stuff in the basement. The small stuff was boxed and stacked in the garage. They finished about 15 minutes early from an estimated two hours worth of work. They only asked for payment of the time there were there. Very happy with the load and the process.

Per plan, movers arrived and loaded trailer. Unloaded all at destination. All items were in original shape. Movers were all very pleasant and understanding of the fragility of some of the items moved.

Perfectly, Tony and his team are extremely professional and very efficient. We've never had movers before and I can't imagine anyone doing a better job then they did.

Excellent. Called to see if they could start early. Covered the entrance way with tarps because of snow. Introduced themselves. Explained what we wanted done and they started immediately and completed the job quickly and efficiently.
