The caulking in my tub was shot. They responded quickly and did a great job. They caulk has held perfectly for 5 months and counting. Also replaced a broken bathroom faucet. Professional and I will use again. Price seemed a little bit high, but you get what you pay for.

They were super responsive and quick. The replacement covers are nicer than the ones they replaced. However - I feel like the cost was higher than it should have been for 30 minutes of work.

My husband and I are planning to sell our home and had assorted odd jobs to be attended to. Spensir responded quickly to my request for an estimate and set us up 2 weeks after the initial contact. They were prompt and efficient and cleaned up after themselves they fixed hinges on my kitchen cabinets, planed a door And replaced and painted the trim around the exterior Door to my garage. They were very professional and we’re servicing me in the mist of the COVID-19 crisis. They practice social distancing so obviously very aware of what was going on around them. I would hire them again

Spensir and his team were the most professional team I have used for my business in a long time. The installation was perfect from the design, purchase and installation. We had a few obstacles to overcome, but all was handled professionally. I would use them again for many different projects going forward.

Spensir quickly assessed the situation and provided a good estimate. He was able to work me into his crew's schedule on a Saturday to get my problem resolved as quickly as possible. Team arrived within hour of initial scheduled time and worked very diligently to get the job done. Friendly crew and they cleaned up adequately after themselves when job was done. We had a older deck that we wanted to update and redo . We were having a hard time getting people to respond , they got right back to us and were over in just a matter of days . They listen to what we were wanting to do and were respectful of the budget we were wanted to stay in . Super nice were always there when they said they be . Everything turned out great we are super happy . Will definitely call them for any future projects

Our hot water heater went bad and monthly upkeep was so responsive. The process was so easy and the price was actually better than wr could have hoped for.

They did such a great job! Jon was on time and was very efficient. He worked on all our outdoor lighting, and he did an excellent job! We have been looking for someone to do some repairs/upgrades in our house, and we definitely have now! We can’t wait to have Monthly Upkeep complete some more work for us in the near future!

My experience with Monthly Upkeep was awesome, my expectations exceeded! None of my outdoor lights work when I reached out to them, now ALL of my exterior lighting works!!! These guys are mega fast to respond (within hours) I reached out and to them and within 24 hours I had a scheduled appointment and someone at my house to knock it out! This isn’t the end of my review as not only was all this done but these guys saved me money by fixing a few of the fixtures and lights versus me having to purchase all new ones!!! Last but certainly not least - my Wife is ecstatic and as anyone with a Wife knows... happy Wife, happy life!!! <3 I not only recommend this company I plan on spreading the word. 10/10!!!

We called and within 30 seconds we had an appointment scheduled on a day and time we wanted. They showed up on time and were very pleasant and informative. They did exactly what they said they would and we were very happy with the work

Our entire streets back fence was ruined during a big storm a couple weekends ago. We noticed our neighbor got their fence fixed and we asked them who they used. We called monthly upkeep to fix ours too. They were personable and helpful. They came out a day later and fixed our existing dense and reinforced the whole thing to avoid future storms from ruining our fence.

Two toilets needed replacement flush and I had a light switch that was loose and needed rewired. Spensir sent his handyman out promptly and they were able to fix up all my odds and ends within one visit. They were fast and professional.

It went extremely well. They came over at a time that worked best for me and my wife and did the job in less than a hour. We were very pleased
