Mama's with Mops LLC

Was very happy with their work on many occasions although it was difficult for them to senda consistent team-then suddenly no one showed up, couldn't reach them and have never heard from them.

I had purchased a groupon in March for three hours of house cleaning. Immediately sent an email through provider's web site to arrange future appointment with no response. Multiple messages were left on the voice mail and additional emails sent with no response. Fortunately was able to get my money back for what I had paid.

I purchased a groupon and scheduled the cleaning. They were able to get everything on my list done and did some touch ups in other areas. Since they did such a great job I scheduled for regular cleaning. Everything went great for over a year, including reminder emails, etc. Recently there have been problems. The last two months I have had to change my scheduled time. I called a week in advance and left messages on their phone, I never received a response. Last month I was able to catch Ashley in the office, but this month I couldn't get in touch with them (their voicemail box was full). Ashley did respond to an email, she stated that they were shutting down the company next month. I have mixed emotions, the women doing the cleaning did a great job. It was extremely convenient, but the stress of trying to get in touch with the company outweighs the benefit.

No follow up, only contact was initial call. This is disappointing as I've seen them on Groupon a few times and expected they'd be reliable. However, they have been unavailable since I called in March to set up the appointment.

It took them a month to schedule me for a 3 hour housecleaning with two maids that I purchased off groupon and they still havent responded. Im not even sure if they are still in business.

I used the services of Mama's with Mops LLC from Willoughby. They were here about a month ago. I got a deal like half price. The price what I got wasn't what would have cost. It was about 100 dollars for 4 hours of cleaning. They cleaned my downstairs. I would never use them again. It was very embarrassing being here listening to them in the other room talking about, "oh I don't want to clean that dirty thing", "oh you do this work", "I don't want to do that floor" and complaining about my house. If you have had a light situation where your house has got to the point where you wanted some help with it and you have used the cleaning service. That's not professional to expect them to be talking about your house in such a way that makes you feel humiliated. The cleaning was mediocre. There were also things that were either half done or undone. For the amount of time that they took I would have expected more completeness. They didn't dust the living room. There were other things that were kind of half finished. They weren't thorough. Mostly it was listening to them complaining about "you do that, I don't want to do it". The price was a good deal that I got. I would not use that provider in the future.

She sounded so loveable and wonderful over the phone. She sounds easy to work with and returned my phone call right away. I have put the project on hold due to other issues but I will use her services in the future.
